Final Fantasy games have been set in many different game worlds, from those resembling medieval to that of steampunk, tropical, and also futuristic. Most recently we've seen the Earth-like world of Eos in Final Fantasy XV and some might say it was a less interesting setting than what we first saw in previews for Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
That being said, there was bound to have been at least one Final Fantasy game that stuck with you due in part to its game world, something that made it more immersive and memorable than others. Would you like to see Final Fantasy XVI feature a similar setting to your favorite Final Fantasy or would you prefer to be surprised by something new and unique?
Final Fantasy IX and X are my favorites so I would like to see something similar to those games but at the same time I'm curious what they might come up with if they went with an entirely new setting.
