Mine was The Dark Knight during the first week of release.

Casino Royal, was a pre-order bonus with my PS3

Jesus Carbomb

From Water into Guinness
Kingdom of Heaven: Director's Cut

Bought it back in 2009. Still is one of my most watched blurays. I wish they'd release a more definitive version with all the extras. The current release is pretty bare bones.

I bought like 10 with my player. Can't remember them all but I,Robot, The Dark Knight, Watchmen, My Cousin Vinny, Office Space, District 9, and uhhhh can't remember.

I got a bunch of Kubrick films (2001, Full Metal Jacket, Clockwork Orange), the first three Dirty Harry movies, and BBC's Planet Earth.

Was waiting for these Blu-Rays to be released from Ghibli and Laputa was the first I bought. The Japanese version had the original film texture intact, unlike the Disney release which is several gigabytes smaller and has been filtered.

BocoDragon

Weirdly enough: Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.

I bought it the day that Universal announced they were switching from HD-DVD to Blu-ray, securing the format as the de facto choice for HD discs.

I guess I wanted something that satiated my FF fanboyism, and it was the only thing out there.

When I bought my PS3, Sony sent me a copy of Casino Royale in the post. That was my first blu-ray. For some reason, they sent me another 4 copies of the film over the next few weeks. Those were my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th blu-rays. They made for good Xmas/bday gifts.

Fifth Element. It had such a shitty encode, I think they re-released it not too long after.

Unless you count the PS3 pack-in of Talledega Nights, which I didn't watch until much later.
