When I was a kid, it seems like every place served the same chicken strip. They were thin, flat, and wide breast meat, thinly breaded. Not great, but always pretty good and good for dipping. Now I can't find them anywhere.

All the brands I can seem to find now are chunky clumps of nasty too-thick breading with some chicken and ligaments inside. Tyson chicken type stuff. Always too much breading.

Do you have a go to brand or have any idea where to get the old style?

Been a while since I've made frozen strips. Tyson buffalo ones were usually the go-to.

My expectations are low for frozen chicken stripes but some of the Tyson strips if cooked in the ovan and with the right sauce have proved to be better than most fast food strips.

I think I've found a good candidate to try and it is a Tyson one. They look a lot like the ones I remember. I'll have to get my brother to pick one up next time he goes to Sam's.

Tyson's chicken strips seem to be my favorite... I dunno if people like them microwaved.. I just shove them in the oven while I make myself tacos.

Buy some chicken breast, cut em up, bread em, bake em, enjoy. I always have my wife make them.
