Yeah - I ran into this on FIFA 14 for 360. I just disabled Kinect audio. I was doing the My Pro or whatever it's called with the Sounders and most games I was busy cussing out Dempsey for not passing the ball. I had 2 emails sent to me warning of a suspension if I didnt get my act together.

Last year in NBA 2K me and my buddy would both try to get our entire teams kicked out the game for Technicals over cussing

Same sort of thing happens on NBA2k for PS4 and I assume xbone. Curse at a foul call gets you a technical. Immediately removed my microphone lol

lol I was bugging out when this happened to my friend on PS4.

LOL This is probably one of the best things i have seen with kinect.

You can get a Technical Foul in NBA2k for Cursing, all using the free cheap headset with the PS4. You do not need Kinect.

Way too pedantic. It's like the game is your nanny or something. Would be more fun if your manager got sent off with a red card and you wouldn't be able to change tactics anymore. Then it would be actually meaningful and fun.

Fun feature, but it made its debut in FIFA 13.

You can turn it off in the Kinect menu in-game, which I had to do, as I was told my job was on the line after one too many outbursts!
