I think I tried this and it wasn't quite as bad as I thought it reviewed.
They were third-person action games with some limited Mystery Dungeon elements.

I'd also include King's Field, but we actually have a little contingent of devoted fans here on GAF.

The game everyone seems to hate is Legend of the Dragoon. I find it to be awesome - one of the best RPGs from that generation. We need a sequel.
I am also part of this group.linkboy said:Mario Kart: Double Dash
I hated MK64 and Double Dash was a huge improvement over it.
You also seem to be the only other person aside from me who had ever heard of Skyblazer.Dragona Akehi said:I'm probably the only other person on this board other than Aeana that has even heard of Brandish, let alone loves it to pieces.

Redd said:Same here and it gets a lot of hate but I don't think it's as bad as many make it out to be and I personally like Snakes model in the game.
My favorite track is in Double Dash. Baby Park FTMFW.
Castlevania 64 was a great game. Everybody seems to hate on this game but I loved it so much I ended up buying the Legacy of Darkness game as well. The storyline was top notch at least to me.
Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops. Yeah the controls take some getting use to but I really liked this game and I thinks it's very underrated.

Not many people hate Twilight PrincessConrad Link said:Twin Snakes. If it was on PS2 I bet suddenly the couple of over the top CS and 'ruined boss' wouldn't be a ZOMG FUCK YOU GAME factor in an otherwise fantastic remake of one of the best games ever.
Mario Kart DD/Wii. Its Mario Kart, I think it looks fantastic and colourful, very pretty. Why do people hate the graphics?
And lastly, prolly fav games of all time Twilight Princess. Don't even get me started.

And while I wouldn't say I loved them, I enjoyed Geist and Dark Sector.
Oh hell yeah...this game was outstanding.Flavius said:3. Turok 2: Seeds of Evil (N64)= I just think there a lot of pussies out there, including whomever the fuck put it on the "top horrible games" list (or whatever the hell it was called) over on GameTrailers; it's a brutal game, but I absolutely loved it, even when I was lost and didn't know where the hell to go.
Watch the Angry Video Game Nerd's video on this game. The worst thing about it was probably getting around.DTJAAAAM said:Agreed, I don't get why the game is hated so much besides the insane difficulty level.
