When SH1 gets under your skin, which it will, graphics won't matter.
Still, it'd be cool.

Actually, I've heard that the game has issues when run on the PS2...something about the fog not working right. I've never personally tried it, though.teiresias said:Anyone playing it should certainly only play it through either a PSOne or PS2

Jerkface said:It doesn't need it in my opinion, you only notice the graphics for the first couple of minutes and by then the story and tension has a hold of you.

Bebpo said:boo hoo hoo. SH4 1st person parts > anything in SH3, but SH4 3rd person parts < anything in SH1-3. Still a good addition to the series, just not the best by any means.

The game has graphics issues if you enable texture filtering on PS2. If you keep it with no enhancements, it's all fine.human5892 said:Actually, I've heard that the game has issues when run on the PS2...something about the fog not working right. I've never personally tried it, though.

SH1 remake on Revolution would be awesome, actually. The SH5 on Revo rumour was already debunked and really didn't make too much sense anyway. Ok, the developers want to go forward, but they could just outsource it.Wario64 said:Because it belongs on the Revolution. Dummy.

This might make you wait forever. I fully understand their standpoint. Doing the same game all over again must be real boring. And I'm not so sure that other people can't deliver quality at least equal to Team Silent's. It really depends on the talent of the assigned team. The music should be left intact, of course.SolidSnakex said:Why? All that'd do is leave people always asking "What if Team Silent had done it", so its best to just wait until they want to do it. That'd result in the best product anyway.
TheJollyCorner said:Now, if Konami put SH1 (with enhanced graphics) on PSP, that might do fairly well, but I think Team Silent is far more concerned with getting beyond the bad press of SH4 and reigniting the series with the film and next-gen SH5.
