I agree about NES games having them, but SNES games already look superb on my TV. Why they didn't do the same filtering for both is strange, considering the Wii versions of NES games used the sharper pixels.
I don't really think it's THAT big of a deal though.

Ironically this is one of like 4 NES carts I can currently find in my house.
Even more ironic is that I can't find the NES. FUCK. (yet have the AC adapter, NES controller, and Max controller... seriously, WTF?)

Pretty sure the base PAL version is English only (with the game also getting a separate German release, and a French-language release in Canada) so there's no reason it shouldn't be the US ROM that gets put up.

Zelda II is perfectly manageable with a restore point if you're smart with how you use it.
Ran through it on 3DS last year and was able to fully enjoy the game (which I do actually like) without the frustration aspect that usually ruins it.

Did you know about the screen edge trick? Just crouch at the left edge, stab away and he'll keep on leaping haplessly into your sword.
That's not how their process works. They don't have a "mass emulator" that needs a certain upgrade before there's a flood of games. You'd be right not to listen to your inner optimist there.
