haha yep! I loved that first boss on the vet dungeon.

I honestly think I like all of the dungeons, even more so now with the changes.

The joys of trying to get gold back in the day... screw that now.

I barely played at all last night, but I did manage to make a character and do the first little quest or two. I am hoping I find Engineer to be to my liking.

Yeah, the lag ingame (at least on EU) seemed to be way better. There was still some from time to time but a lot less then before. But now the issues seems to be "cryopod is dropped" and being sent back to the character select screen.

But yes, the game is gorgeous. I just wish the game had something better then FXAA.
 
may have found a glitched quest...in Northern Wilds the quest "From The Wreckage" won't pop-up in the "Arrival" Episode for me...every other quest there has popped up so far so I don't know why that one won't...it's slightly annoying because I'll end up completing everything there but that

can anyone who quested in Northern Wilds see if the quest was there for you? (once servers are working again)
 
well spent a solid hour or so in the NA server, felt like a real videogame. weird

then it went down again :p

I have no idea of how to tank in this game and have yet to unlock the first dungeon. I've just been rolling with the default limited action set which is purely dps. Beyond suggesting I edit my LAS or create a new one with pop-ups, the game hasn't really pushed me mechanically to try out the few skills I've unlocked at this point so I've got to read up on some builds.

I also need the servers to be online to provide my Chua toon's name.

at level 6 now you get at least 3 "support" skills. Support means tanking or healing, depending on your class

you also get a second action set at level 6 now. so go ahead and build a second set with the tanking skills instead of the dps skills. usuall they all involve thread generation for tanks

EU: 2 hour queue (going to realm screen doesnt work)

US: stuck in retrieving characters

Jesus Christ, after 15 minutes of playing I tried to enter Alpha Sanctum again, got kicked again and now I'm stuck at character selection, again. If I had a subscription I'd probably be royally pissed right now, being F2P player though I think I'll just skip it for a couple of days till they fix all this annoying crap.

I'll try that...when I can actually log-in. Getting timeouts on the log-in and character list.
 
Holy moly that 5 hours queue on EU PvE server.
The first week end will be hard, just going to log everyday for the bonuses and wait until the playerbase stabilize.
