There's not even contest, Pokémon Legends will outsell everything, people basically see it as BOTW + Pokémon, so Elden Ring stands no chance

The point is, will one of these two really be worth the wait?

Legends looks rough, GF is developing it so I'm not optimistic because they technically are a disaster, and ER looks like a Dark Souls copycat

but for me the game i'm most excited for is elden motherfucking ring. no question about it.

what arceus is doing is something i've dreamed of years to happen in pokemon but it's still only pokemon. From Software make god tier games and there is absolutely fucking no way that i will wait a second longer than needed to play Elden Ring
