Tsubaki Ayana, a model that seems to be on TV rather frequently here in Japan as of late, looks and sounds like any other woman but is genetically male (she's post-op now). It's pretty amazing but she probably has always had a very feminine look. It's rather amazing and the fact she's got the same chromosomes I do hardly registers anymore to me. :lol

This reminds me of this Loius C.K. stand up I saw the other night. He had like a ten minute bit about sucking duck. At one point he said even though he considers himself a heterosexual male, he didn't want to rule out the possibility that he'd suck a dick. He just felt that he'd never in all his life seen a cock that swept him with the urge to give a blow job. It may be out there somewhere.Chojin said:Its definitely one of those situations where I'd have to be in before I would know the outcome. I could never rule out not loving someone because of their gender, I'm straight as far as I can tell ::eyes Kyouji hush you:: but who knows, if I genuinely loved someone. Well just take it from Guitarwolf in Wild Zero: "AAAAIIIISU! Love has no borders, nationalities, or genders!"
Toss up, literally.

Maybe straight people have an expectation of a normal life and gay people have different expectations (like no biological children for starters).byproduct said:Interesting that gay people think "why not" and straight people are all "no way".

Would you have sex with it though? no relationship involved, would you sex it up?viciouskillersquirrel said:I'd experience a great deal of cognitive dissonance which would make me feel really uncomfortable. It wouldn't matter that they look, sound etc. like a woman, the fact that they used to be a man would weigh heavily on my mind. It'd feel like I wasn't dating a woman, but rather another man's idea of what a woman is or should be like.
I'd get the same feeling (but for far different reasons), as a christian-leaning agnostic, from dating an extremely religious girl. I'd have to make all sorts of compromises I'm not comfortable with, smile and pretend everything were hunky-dory in order to even make it work.

doctors can't create vagina's. what those guys have is just a hole where their penises used to be. hell if they don't keep their fake vagina's open it will close up because the body thinks it's a wound.itxaka said:I would, if she is operated and good looking who cares what was before?

Shouta said:It's probably more like most straight guys have never really thought about what they're being attracted to and just that they are. I personally think a lot of gay people have to go through the "why/who do I like?" thing before they figure out their own situation so this seems like it isn't a big deal.

Probably no. I've only ever been in a situation wherein there was sex outside the context of a relationship once. While it was fun at the time, I ended it because I wanted to be free to pursue a real relationship. It didn't fulfil my needs, I guess. That's just me though.FootNinja said:Would you have sex with it though? no relationship involved, would you sex it up?
I don't know what the percentages are, but I find the idea of anal sex rather... well... unhygienic and I'd wager that a lot of straight men would feel the same way. I think porn's fascination with it all comes down to toilet humour and misplaced misogyny. Again, though, that's just me.fernoca said::lol
A weird situation, is the many straight guys, that only like doing it in the ass to woman (i.e. 'fhuta'..)..to avoid using condom, pregnancy, etc..
Yet, when it comes to doing the exact same thing to a woman that used to be a man, or just..a man...."Ewww..that's gay"
So there are some that just like..having them, seeing them...but not using them (i.e. pussy and tits)...like a prize.. "Woohoo I have a woman!!..boobies..!! don't know how to use them, but I they are mine!!!..now bend over!!"
Outdated and off-topic... but...since "I started it"..viciouskillersquirrel said:I don't know what the percentages are, but I find the idea of anal sex rather... well... unhygienic and I'd wager that a lot of straight men would feel the same way. Respective links insideWikipidea said:According to a 2004 report, "Some research suggests that one in four heterosexuals in the US has tried anal sex and for one in 12, it is an occasional or episodic practice. Other surveys suggest that seven times as many women as gay men engage in anal intercourse, a figure reflecting the greater overall heterosexual population."
In 2005, a survey conducted by the Centers for Disease Control determined that the incidence of anal relations in the heterosexual population is on the increase. The survey showed that 40 percent of men and 35 percent of women between 25 and 44 had engaged in heterosexual anal sex; in 1992 a similar survey found that only 25.6 percent of men 18 to 59 and 20.4 percent of women 18 to 59 had.
A 2001 French survey of five hundred female respondents concluded that a total of 29% had practiced anal sex, though only one third of these claimed to have enjoyed the experience.[14] In contrast, in a 1999 South Korean survey of 586 women, only 3.5% of respondents reported having had anal sex.
Figures for the prevalence of sexual behavior can fluctuate over time. Edward O. Laumann's 1992 survey, reported in The Social Organization of Sexuality: Sexual Practices in the United States found that about 20% of heterosexuals have engaged in anal sex. Sex researcher Alfred Kinsey, working in the 1940s, had found that number to be closer to 40% at the time. More recently, a researcher from the University of British Columbia in 2005 put the number of heterosexuals who have practiced anal sex at between 30% and 50%.
According to Columbia University's health website, Go Ask Alice!: "Studies indicate that about 25 percent of heterosexual couples have had anal sex at least once, and 10 percent regularly have anal penetration."

I meant it as common: 'the usual'. You seem reasonable but the last time I used normal in a thread that referenced transgender people I actually got flamed for it. Like people were actually trying to argue that being born with the mind of a woman but the body of a man is normal and that I was a horrible person for excluding them from the normal umbrella.byproduct said:You could be right. I had to delete a lot of expectations when I came out to myself. And I have no problem with the word "normal" used in the sense of something being more commonly experienced, as long as there is no moral meaning attached.
You mean menstrual flows and children? As long as a woman is healthy and not, say, infected, I can deal.Shahadan said:Well you probably never thought about what transits by vaginas.
