Apparently they have no idea why that's happening, but the dude is trying all kinds of things, so luckily I got a good rep.

Is there an issue going on right now with getting online in these games? I can't import my Borderlands or Fallout 3 cloud saves. Both games just allow for local saves and whenever I try to go online in the 360 menu, it just times out with an error.

I was hoping this was a launch issue but I was in Preview and had this issue with Borderlands a few days ago as well.

You can store them on USB 3.0 external HDDs, yes.

No, you need to keep the DLC disc in the drive for the content to work in the game. When you take the disc out none of the DLC shows up in the Downloads section of the main menu.

Has anyone here tried NiGHTS? How does it run?

I had a go of NiGHTS, as it's the one game I was hoping for BC or a rerelease. I've played the original Saturn and 360 versions extensively.

Overall, I noticed no major differences. It suffers from the 360 releases problems (not true 360 degree analogue control) but runs just the same. Maybe a frame or two drops when I ran through the trick ribbon.

Perfectly playable really. And thankfully.

I think this is installing trial versions of 360 games. I checked my list and Sonic 2 and Castle Crashers were there, both of which I'm certain I've not purchased but played trials of. my Streets of Rage purchase however is nowhere to be seen

Trials won't show. Only purchases. You can verify purchases for an account on Xbox.com under the download history.

Also keep in mind that any account which as set that Xbox One as its home Xbox will have the owned titles show up under Ready to Install.

Stupid question but looked online and couldn't find any clarification:

So if I download a 360 games with gold title on Xbox one, when my subscription ends do I still keep the games to play on Xbox one?? Because Xbox one games with gold need a constant subscription right?

360 GwG Titles = You keep forever.
One GwG Titles = You keep as long as you have a sub.

360 titles under BC are still 360 titles. They don't expire.

So my Gears discs, BK N&B, Mirror's Edge, Mass Effect work but it won't read ACII, Borderlands GOTY or Fable II. Interesting, I'm sure it will sort itself out over time.

Are you in the US? Or another region? Some games have different disc IDs for different regions and those may not have all properly propagated. You can try a hard reset of the console.

There was a standalone Streets of Rage 2 (done by Backbone, IIRC) and then the SVC: Streets of Rage collection (done by M2). When SVC came out, I believe standalone SoR 2 got delisted.

The standalone game is not on the BC list.

XBL credit can be used as a form of payment:

Xbox 360 games: CONSOLE ONLY (cannot be used on the web)
Xbox One games: CONSOLE or WEB

Ok, so I posted this in the other thread. I figured out how to get old XBL titles like Beyond Good and Evil which I'm downloading right now.

But on Shadow Complex, which I own on 360, I tried to launch the game and tried to put it in Queue but instead of Queue it said "Bundle Only." Then I clicked it "Bundles with Shadow Complex" - "We didn't find anything."

Anyone have the same problem? I opened it both from my Achievements list and the store but had the same problem.

This so much. As far as I remember, you used to be able to use Xbox credit to buy 360 games on the website so I cannot understand why they took it away. It's a stupid and annoying policy, especially when you have unused credit :-/

Not yet (unless you count doing it via the web using the XB1's Edge browser). But it can't be too long considering you can do a search for a specific backwards compatible 360 tittle and it shows up.

Hopefully they can get the previous Tomb Raider games Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld (and it's DLC) made BC soon.

Was kinda assuming they'd be there playable right off the bat since they got Rise of The Tomb Raider as an exclusive for the moment, and it would help show how you can play all the relatively recent Tomb Raider games on XBOX One.
