PGR4 demo...

...coming soon!

Eurogamer said:
The Project Gotham Racing 4 demo is done and currently worming its way through Microsoft's certification process.

Speaking at a press event at Bizarre Creations' offices in Liverpool, the developer said the demo would be released around the same time as the game - in their words, "it's just waiting for a slot".

I swear they said they wouldn't do one...

Yeah it will fifa has all teams in just pes who dont.

hasn't had Wolves on next-gen yet. :(

Also this one is also shite. :(

I should just go back to fifa 07 on ps2/xbox1

I actually liked the Spiderman demo. Sure, the gameplay isn't deep, but it's fun for what it is, and that's some simple beat-em-up action.

My 6-year-old cousin LOVES Spiderman, so I'll probably pick this one up for his birthday in Dec.

Okay so all these demos suck it hard. When the hell do we get some Ninja Gaiden 2 goodness? I want it. You want it. The demo is ready. TGS that shit. BRING IT HOME.

Spider-man is just terrible.

I really enjoyed the demo of this game allot, it's one of the only Spiderman games that I've played that gives me that true arcade feeling, the graphics are not amazing but then you can see that in regards to the art direction the designers were looking for a basic clean cartoon approach which I think works, I was surprised to see that the animation of the characters was pretty good also which helps immerse you into the game more, I'm actually glad to see more games like this on the 360, just classic arcade fun like Sega Rally, theres no denying I love games like GOW etc but then being an avid Nintendo fan I also like my dose of button bashing cartoon fun as well,

Seems to be getting pretty good hands-on previews, infact I'm finding it pretty hard to find a hands-on that says it's crap,

http://previews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/1764/SpiderMan-Friend-or-Foe/p1/

"We originally thought Spider-Man: Friend or Foe would basically be a dumbed-down version of the most recent console games, but it appears that the title is a brand-new type of Spidey game. Although you can upgrade each of the characters you unlock, it’s not really an action RPG in the same vein of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. It feels more like an old-school beat ‘em up, something that definitely makes us happy. After all, what good are super powers if you don’t use them to bust some heads?"

http://www.*******.com/2007/07/13/*******-impressions-spider-man-friend-or-foe/

"The game has a very cartoon-quality to the graphics, and looks like something you might see in the "Marvel Adventures Spider-Man" title. The voice acting was great, and whoever they got to voice Spider-Man (it ain't Tobey Maguire, that's for sure) really nailed the voice. Spidey sounds like a teenager again, and his voice cracks and warbles while he drops corny dialogue during fistfights.

It was simple, but pure Spider-Man fun that fans of the comics and the movies, and heck, possibly even the breakfast cereal will enjoy."

http://sector360.basement51.com/xbox-360/reviews/spiderman-friend-or-foe-hands-on-review/

"I can best describe it to the Lego’s Star Wars games that we have grown to love and enjoy. The opening cut scene was good and had me in to the story and ready to start web slinging."

http://uk.videogames.games.yahoo.com/x360/previews/spider-man--friend-or-foe-429cdc.html

"The visuals in the game are clean and move smoothly. The game's art style is simple and obviously comic inspired"

"Based on what we played, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is shaping up to be a simple, fun, arcadelike game"

I can't wait until the full game comes out tbh.

I agree, I thought the Demo was a lot of fun, I'm honestly looking forward to this quite a lot. I'm hoping it's priced a little lower than normal too, just to make the package a sweeter.

Wow the Viva Pinata Party Animals demo hasn't been posted here (guess the official thread does the job).

I love the racing in it.

Joining the Spiderman party. Thought it was gonna be a giant turd, but it's actually quite fun. Reminds me a lot of the Spiderman games from the Genesis/SNES era.

I will concur with the Spiderman vote.

I like the combo system, sure it is pretty simple but allows for some cool looking moves.

Only issue is the lack of web swinging for Spidey.

From a THQ press release:

Beginning today, consumers who pre-order WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 at select retailers throughout North America will receive a copy of the official game demo. By pre-ordering the game, consumers can also take advantage of retail exclusive gift-with-purchase promotions. The game demo will also be available via Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft beginning October 15.

Most likely won't be buying the game, but I'll definitely give the demo a try and probably a rental as well.

a few Gamestop stores have been giving out the demo for a couple of weeks.

It has 4 wrestlers in the demo including Rey Rey and Orton

Go Download Thrillville: Off the Rails. It sucks, but play the STUNT RIDER mini-game. It is just some Excite Bike wannabe flash game, but it is entertaining.

Is the Jericho demo any fun?

It didn't do anything for me. It seems like a competently made game but I'm totally tired of FPSs set in dark, dingy, gritty environments. I played it through to completion and it's okay. I think I just prefer the more colorful, interesting graphics of games like Bioshock and Halo 3.

hm wheres the PGR4 demo?!?!

I believe they will wait until the PAL release so as not to compromise sales based on the demo.

I think they said that the demo version will come after the world release.
