Xbox Live on 360 using ICS

Does anyone know how to properly set up a 360 Live connection through a PC using Internet Connection Sharing? I can't get it to work for the live of me.

This is how I do it.

Phone cord from wall to computer, ethernet cable from computer to 360.

Programs - Accessories - Communications - Home Networking Wizard

Follow the wizard, step by step. It should find that the 360 is connected and share as though it's another computer.

I'd imagine it would be the same as regular Xbox (my setup)

X360 -> Crossover Cable -> PC -> Ethernet Cable -> Router/Modem/Whathaveyou

Run ICS wizard, voila

How are you setting ICS up?

Should be:

1) Broadband connection > modem > computer.

2) ethernet card > crossover cable (ethernet cable with reverse wiring) > Xbox 360.

Can you daisy chain ICS if you have two computers and an Xbox?

Yes. You need a ethernet card + crossover cable for every device you want to hookup for ICS.

Example:

1) Computer main > ethernet card #1 > crossover cable #1 > Xbox 360

2) Computer main > ethernet card #2 > crossover cable #2 > computer #2

And etc.

In end, it's better to buy $50 router.

I would like to set up an ICS this way:

Cable > Modem > Wireless Router > Wireless Card=PC=Network Card > 360 (via crossover cable)

But I dont think you can set XP up to share a Wireless connection. :(
