The my achievement rewards are gold only

I just noticed. Went over to the tab and just saw that it's telling me to go gold. But I have points pending for this, and haven't had a gold subscription since September.

Weird. I qualify for the Legend "My Achievement" tier and only received 10msp. I guess it's because I'm not a gold member, currently? It's also my birthday month, and I see nothing for that.

Also, the survey isn't working for me, this month. I just get a message; "Thank you for your feedback. You will receive 20 Microsoft Points shortly. Watch for a new survey opportunity next month." And below this it says: Next Question.

Have the rules for rewards been adjusted? i.e. limited to gold members?

The Survey worked fine for me a bit ago and you should get the birthdays points on the 15th.
