This thread actually gives me some hope. I've got an MS store order and no shipping details, but that seems to be the way they roll.
At least I hope that's the case.
Yeah I hope so, because my command status hasn't changed since August 18th, and it's due tomorrow !
I hope everything's fine, but it's a terrible system they have at the MS Store. Don't display a status at all if you're not able to update it in real time and inform your customers.
