Xbox One Shipment Information Thread

Yeah I hope so, because my command status hasn't changed since August 18th, and it's due tomorrow !
I hope everything's fine, but it's a terrible system they have at the MS Store. Don't display a status at all if you're not able to update it in real time and inform your customers. >:(

At least Amazon.de screwed it up anyway. They sent me a mail that my credit card could not be charged, but according to my bank there was no problem with it. No security issue, or anything else. Another card (same bank, same account, but VISA instead of MasterCard) worked immediately. The shipment was delayed by one day nonetheless. According to Amazon's forums, others had the same issue.
 
Pending charge on my CC updated to the full payment amount from the $1 hold, but still no shipping update. One day shipping... get a move on amazon!

Nope, not their fault at all.

My payment method was a 2yr old amazon "store card" that I didn't even think would work anyway. But the ps4 went through so I left it.
 
In Tampa.

My One is "Shipping Now" from Amazon and my two games are still "Preparing to Ship".

I must live somewhat close to a shipping center for them to be shipping so late and still guaranteeing tomorrow delivery.

My new TV gets delivered today, so I'll be ready!
 
Thinking Dead Rising 3 and either Battlefield or Assassins Creed for launch. Think it might be better to have a multiplayer and singleplayer game, so Assassins creed will most likely have to wait till later.

Edit: Just realized I was in the shipping thread. Ugh. Well...mine still says Preparing Shipment, from Amazon. I'm not worried.
 
Mine is "Shipping Soon," amazon US.

I have UPS My Choice. So once it ships, I should get a UPS email and be able to log in and tell them to hold it at the nearest center?

I'm assuming it'll say which location it would be before I commit?
 
I was getting nervous so I got the MS support on the phone... I should get my tracking number before tomorrow morning and my console in the evening.
That's ok, but still a bit disappointing considering I had all the day free. I should have bought it and retrieved it from a regular shop. Oh well, at least now I have a deadline.

Makes two of us. Only somewhat nervous because my PS4 shipped at 10:00pm my time from phoenix on the 14th and made it all the way to PR and delivered on the 15th.
 
Had my tracking number since yesterday morning when i woke up.

Everything if going smooth and the package should arrive on schedule tomorrow.

Going with Amazon.com for this generation's preorders went pretty well for me.
 
Pre-ordered through Walmart.ca - no movement.

Should have went with Best Buy as the previous two consoles I pre-ordered through them (Vita & PS4) arrived on their respective launch days.
 
MS Store (online) order... Just checked the UPS tracking again; nothin'.

I shudder to think how much time I am going to waste today going to their site and refreshing it. For the sake of my sanity, I'm going to stick to only doing it every couple of hours. But if it gets to be mid-to-late afternoon and I've seen no movement, I'm going to start freaking out. :(

But I one of us knocked down Amazons door I think it should be the Hammer(24), just saying...
 
iirc you can set your shipment to a different place or a pickup via UPS, how would you do that? I only have the package number but UPS does not recognize it.

Tried waiting as long as I could, but I can't wait more than 30 minutes without refreshing...
 
My Microsoft Store order is still the same as it was when they e-mailed me Sunday night:

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

According to the UPS site, it's shipping from Memphis and will deliver next day - assuming it's picked up by 12:00 noon. It's now 10:12 AM in Memphis.

Memphis? WTF? I'm in Vegas. Surely they have some stock in California, just a few hours from here.

as long as it gets to kentucky by 2-3am, you're fine (usually)
 
Has anyone here ordered from Argos in the UK? I put an order in months ago and still got no confirmation that it's been prepared for dispatch.

Well, as Amazon is probably not handling more than our three X1´s here in Germany, they could basically hand deliver them personally... :P
 
My One shipped from Gamestop. Probably not going to keep it and was hoping it would get cancelled. They wouldn't let me cancel it two days ago.
 
Just got my e-mail from Best Buy.

My preorder will be available for in store pick up 11-22.

Preordered online in October.

Store is doing midnight launch.

Might go try to buy some games tonight.
 
They shipped my copy of DR3 but the console is still Preparing for Shipment since yesterday afternoon. I still have a delivery estimate of tomorrow.

Where did you find that information? I don't see anything about where mine's coming from or anything to that effect.

Yeah status is still BackOrdered at MS Store DE for me. Maybe I will get status update tomorrow, maybe not. Have you been charged yet? I was charged right before this thread was created.

EDIT: Order status is Bestellung wird bearbeitet but console status is still backordered. Maybe I should not care about the console status and only the order status?
