Xbox One Shipment Information Thread

You say yours from GameStop already was delivered here in the US?? Did you order a bundle or just day one system? I chose the same delivery method as you (one-day) and pre-ordered back in June, haven't seen my order detail update or receive an email about shipping yet. I think it's bout time for me to hit up Customer Service again
 
Don't ShopTo always ship next day delivery? I wouldn't expect anything until tomorrow, but I think all ShopTo customers will get them day one.

I ordered mine on May 21st and still probably won't get it until Monday. But it's £399 with Fifa sooo can't complain really... well I can, but it hurts less.
 
Is everybody getting that verification email from Amazon? or is it just those with cards due to expire soon. My card was new this year and I havent had an email yet.
 
Amazon already took out their money for the console and Dead Rising 3 for me.

Nothing change on Dead Rising 3 but the Xbox One is preparing for shipment.

Oh yeah, it could just be NA. You don't respond to it; you're just supposed to check if your credit card details are correct.
 
I will drive to Germany to pick one up and see if I am lucky.

But it seems this will be the first console launch since SNES that I won't be able to get one.
 
My amazon order now states it is "shipping now" was "shipping soon"I am in NA

also can't cancel automatically now have to request it.
 
Has Amazon charged anyone yet? (US) They've emailed me twice about updating my card but the card has the money and it's not expired. Is there an issue I don't see or have they not charged anyone yet?

I haven't been charged yet.

edit: Just got a pending charge on my card coinciding with my Amazon order changing to "Preparing for Shipment" :D
 
So, If i put the shipping address to my local UPS it will send it to them to hold for me? I'm assuming that it will be shipped via UPS though since FedEX hasn't delivered to me in years from Amazon.

But does the UPS tracking say anything other than them having a label? I checked this morning and mine still says they haven't received the package yet. I got the "shipping confirmation" (quoted because they're using the terms loosely) email on Sunday.

no, just sign up for ups mychoice and you can choose online to have them hold it after it ships. or just call UPS/fedex after it ships

Wouldn't Amazon have to call them to hold it since they're the shipper? I could do the mychoice though too. Had forgot about that service.

Mine shows that a label was made for the Xbox One and my live card. But my games don't have a label yet. I'm sure the system will ship tomorrow since it's a next day air saver shipping label. I'm just wondering if anyone didn't get a label for the games they pre-ordered.

You would have to have an attempt, and a door sticker. Than you can log in and change delivery address - which can be the nearest UPS store. But it'll cost you like $6.

My shopto order for my console and DR3 is still with them despite my constant checking of my account. They always said they would dispatch on the 21st however

My Ryse order at Gameseek is packing so that should be sent today I would hope

Ah, gotcha. I didn't pre-order any games from them with my system, but I did pre-order a wireless controller w/ play & charge kit separately. I got an email about that yesterday and it shows up as having a label on the UPS site.
 
Still no charge yet on my end from Amazon in the US. Getting nervous. I got the credit card email last night, so that has me worried as well. By this time last week, the PS4 had been charged on my card for hours.

Florida here not charged yet. Using bank account. Was told by amazon cs that it was as fast as using credit card.
 
I just received an e-mail from Future Shop (Canada) confirming that my pre-order has just shipped! I've got a tracking number, but it doesn't yet show up on the Canada Post website. For the record, I pre-ordered through the website back in June and I'm in the Niagara region.

My card has been charged. My shipping keeps jumping from Shipping soon to Not yet shipped.

BTW, ordered on June 10th.

Both my games have now dispatched. AC4 and DR3.

My console status has not yet changed and the cash has not been debited yet.

I didn't get an e-mail for my credit card being charged. But yesterday I checked my account on their website and my order status indicated that my credit card had been charged already. Looking good so far! << crosses fingers >>
 
My two day shipping delivery date just randomly changed from the 22nd to the 26th. Why Amazon? Why?

Got on the phone and talked it over. End result? Free bump to one day shipping. Delivery date now back to the 22nd. Amazon redeemed!
