Xbox One Shipment Information Thread

Just got screwed by Amazon, wonder what I can do to address. I had rewards points associated with my Xbox One preorder which was placed on June 10th literally the moment it went up on the site. Since it was a preorder, Amazon doesn't touch those points until the product ships. In the intervening months I'd used them on other orders, not thinking about that issue, but I still had a card associated with my Xbox One order that I figured would "pick up the slack" left by the rewards points. A couple days ago I got an email from Amazon saying I should check my credit card info to make sure there were no issues on my order specifically tied to expiration date. I did, there weren't, and I even contacedt CS explaining the issue with my points above. He ASSURED me there was no problem and the amount to be charged on the card would just seamlessly switch over. This morning I got an email saying my card was declined (no reason it should've been) and I needed to change my payment info. I go into my order, tell it to retry the same card, and my delivery date is switched to TUESDAY THE 26TH from release date delivery. I contact CS, tell them about the chat I had a few days ago and this is what the rep says:

"I'm really sorry for the inconvenience happened.
As this is a product expected by so many people we are unable to deliver it on time.
I suggest you to please wait until November 26.
You will receive the product on or before the of Estimated Delivery Date, Tuesday, November 26, 2013"

I'm freaking out at this point and have no idea what to do. I'm still mid-chat with a "supervisor" who is reviewing the issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a number, someone I can reach out to, anything?
 
Woohoo my Amazon UK one just shipped!

Then my Microsoft store one shipped right after! Hyped for tomorrow :D

MS store FR here, but my status has been the same since last August, when I pre-ordered. I hope it's ok, but the lack of information is really frustrating. I'd rather see it officially announced for next Monday then stay here wondering if it will make it for tomorrow or not. :/
 
My Amazon order shipped a hour or two ago and it says on Amazon that Friday is guaranteed, but when I track it on UPS.com (which doesn't actually have the package yet and says an update is coming soon once it arrives at their facility) the site says the scheduled delivery is Monday, 11/25. Anybody else have that?
 
Changed to Preparing for Shipment. New york.

My Xbox One is only 289 miles away as of 1130pm.

That would be amazing if I got it tomorrow, but I have my doubts that it'll happen. The expected delivery date hasn't changed at least.

Sounds like their mistake has your console reallocated to another customer and you'll be waiting until the 26th. They can't send you a console with no available console to send. Most you can do is squeeze a gift card out of them or cancel your order and attempt to go to a brick and mortar for a launch unit. You maybe surprised at the number of walk in units available.
 
Just had a tweet from Shopto regarding dispatch. If your order status is completed then it has been dispatched whether you have tracking details yet or not. They are waiting on DPD to send those out later today
 
Mine has finally changed to preparing for shipment for the console and dead rising 3 and Ryse. Took the cash as well. going to tampa fl
 
My Amazon US says not yet shipped. I called customer service and she said she's seen stuff not ship until 4 PM and still make it to customers the next day. That didn't exactly alleviate my concerns.

I'm a prime member but Release day wasnt avaliable on June 10th so I selected 1 day. It wouldn't let me change it to release day shipping later. Still says my date is the 22nd though.

MS store France, no movement as of yet, console is out in less than 12 hours. I called yesterday and they assured me it would arrive on the 22nd and I would be charged as soon as it was sent, safe to say I wasn't charged yet...
Oh and their customer service while being friendly is just head scratching, the girls on the phone all have a thick eastern european accent, and I had to repeat several times to make myself clear, I'm not sure they're all that fluent in french :o

Now with that out the way, Amazon FR, you fucked up too!

Mines shipping to Chicagoland and I too haven't seen any movement.
 
Amazon uk still saying preparing for despatch. for those getting deliveries by DPD, the couple of times I've had things delivered by them form a home brew store, they've been brilliant sent me an email so I can track the parcel and sent me a text message to give me a time frame for when it was being delivered whether they will be doing it for the xbox one deliveries though I have no idea

Amazon UK XB1 here still 'Preparing for Dispatch'. My GAME DR3 + Play&Charge were sent yesterday, BF4 from Tesco sent yesterday, and Ghosts arrived last Friday.
 
Future Shop hasnt shipped yet... but seperated Forza and the Console to make 2 shipments... lets hope this get sent today. Future Shop is usually sameday delivery for me as standard delivery.

Wont be home tomorrow so ill have to pick it up at Canada Post 8am on Saturday im sure... else gotta wait Monday.. nooooo..
 
Changed to Preparing for Shipment over night here in Philly. Kind of expected it to not ship until today as there is a new Amazon facility about 2 hours north of Philly. Battlefield 4 didn't ship until 24 hours before it was scheduled for delivery and I got it the next day.
