Are you on mobile? I tried it on my Lumia and it gives me the same error. Worked fine on PC.

I think I'm going to give this a shot. Does the picture have to be 1080p though? I think all Xbox One Gamerpics are 1080p. Reason why 360 pics didn't transfer over.

Yeah doesn't let you upload anything smaller than 1080x1080

Just a quick heads up : custom gamerpics seem to make Xbox Fitness crash. I had the game go back to home screen every time after the warning screen, but since I switched back to my avatar, I could run it fine.
