Yes, everything is updated. It even says ability to upload custom gamerpic in the what's new message.

Worked without issues via the windows 10 beta app
Are you using iOS app? because iOS doesn't have a beta but the release notes say custom gamerpic upload is available (it's not)

I'm on Android. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Doing Pofile/customize/change gamerpic. I don't see an option for custom upload.
Might make the background transparent if I'm not feeling too lazy.

Yeah, I get that, but it looks fine on PSN.
It's only available on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

I'm about 96k 10 years Xbox live but played OG Xbox mostly offline , level 13 PSN, probably would be more but job, family, friends etc we all game here it's lucky we get time.

Having the same issue. I can select the pic, center it and all but it just wont upload. Maybe just a bug with the app build.

Some ace choices for gamerpics here. Would anyone else like to see more customisation with this, the profile background itself is a bit dull imho, just basic colours, for those who own or participate Xbox clubs you may know what I mean.
Example, the guy with the Tron Legacy pic , be nice to be able to have the Tron cycles or a Tron wallpaper as a background. I have actually been pushing for this sort of stuff in the preview programme for a couple of years but never seemed to get much response.
I know these things are not a big deal but I always feel little options like this make the experience better overall. It's there for those that like that stuff.

Yeah that would be sweet. I know a few months ago the PS4 updated to allow a banner image on profiles which was pretty cool. Even if it was limited to screenshots you've taken or something like that it would be awesome.

Windows 10 xbox beta app, or the xbox beta app on Windows Phone. It's not available on android and iOS yet.

If you mean the Xbox iOS/android app, its listed under a very recent update yet strangely you cannot upload a custom pic yet.
