Anyway, I'm guessing Facebook noticed the phenomenon of users adding or liking or cosigning on stupid, idiotic, racist, or insensitive shit, with it being visible to the whole world, and decided to give people a chance to censor themselves. At least before "LOL, I'm KKK" shows up in someone's Lexis Nexis search.
