Funny how Elden Rings gets more votes than BOTW2 but ER and every other game on that list won't outsell Zelda.

Its almost as if Zelda is a franchise that has over 35 years of market share and attention to help sell.

Meanwhile Elden Ring is a new IP based on the Soulsbourne style of games, an already niche product and genre. (And I am hyped the most for Elden Ring over any other game next year!)

Its more funny how you think this is anything new or surprising.

Starfield by a mile, but I'm also really looking forward to Stalker 2 and BotW 2. If Hellblade 2 actually releases in 2022 it will be one of my top games also.

God of War Ragnarok
Horizon Zero Dawn Forbidden West
Senua Saga: Hellblade II

P.S. I don't expect BotW to drop in 2022. Just sayin...

It's gonna be a huge year after relatively dry 2021.

The biggest one for me is Elden Ring, easily. This is like a different tier of gaming, hard to compare... but if that game didn't exist it would be GoW Ragnarok with TLOU Factions 2 close second.

I'm pretty sure Horizon 2 will be a great sequel, I preordered SIFU and that's more gaming till spring than I can make time for. I might be getting Dying Light 2 sometime later.

Amazing AA lineup as well, can't wait for release dates of Stray, Replaced, Somerville, Scorn, Trek to Yomi...I'll be probably gaming even more due to gamepass ultimate discovering other games that I missed of recent and I hope Sarfield turns out great. That will be soon after the full release of Darkest Dungeon 2.

I think Ghostwire Tokyo looks very interesting and is also on my list.

I wouldn't hold my breath for Calisto Protocol or Hellblade 2 in 2022, but we should get some news.

The problem with the thread and biggest game of 2022 is you don't know if some game will be delayed till 2023, here we go again with Kratos and I'm comfortable voting it as game of the year 2022, or 2023.

voted Elden Ring only cause I don't think BOTW2 will be out next year.

if it does come out in 2022 then yeah it will be my GOTY.

i will probably give Starfield a shot but i ain't too excited about it. Hellblade i'm excited for. Horizon 2 i'd love to play but i'm not buyng a PS5 for one game lmao.

2- Elden Ring
3- Final Fantasy XVI
4- GoW Ragnarok
5- Horizon Forbiden West

For some reason GT7 is the game im most hyped to play, followed by Elden Ring. Both this games will probably be day 1 purchases.
Thers alot of great games coming out in 2022. Very curious about Hogwarts Legacy as a non Harry Potter fan, the game is looking very interesting from the little i saw.

Elden Ring is the only announced game that I'm really looking forward.

I may try GOWR if the word on the street is good.

Anyone else looking forward to A Plague Tail : Requiem? The first one was a real nice surprise for me when I played it.

Yeah. Not a launch game to me, but really enjoyed the 1st A Plague Tale. Will eventually play the 2nd one too.

Looks like Elden Ring is 1, Ragnarok 2 and Starfield 3

Well I hope Eldenring will be good for the people who are hyped for it

Surprised with the amount of hype Starfield gets here. I think everyone is pretty hyped up for a game noone's seen.
I hope Starfield is on Cyberpunk levels of Jank just so we can laugh at your username forever.

It's pretty clear it won't be, they've hyped it up so much that it will be at least serviceable at launch. With Deathloop looking fantastic and a new fallout inevitable I am no doubt going to have to get a Series X or a good PC over the next few years so I do not miss out on those games.

my vote is for Elden Ring, HFW and God of War for next year. Apart from that I'm not overly excited for much else.

Probably FF16. I know it doesn't have a release date yet, but recent comments indicate it's seemingly 2022 bound.
As for set releases, it's gotta be Elden Ring and BOTW2.
