You have until then to download it for free for permanent access!

Apparently works on Xbox 360 too, so anyone with an account should be able to download it(?)

People outside Xbox Country ('MURICA), how do you download the free stuff that still requires a payment option?

Edit: nevermind, PayPal wasn't an option when trying through the store, I had to go to account management.
