Stock completely ran out and now the game is rare. Hold on to it and you should be able to retire off of it one day.

There were literally two threads posted on this within the past 12 hours,game went out of print and Amazon was the only one supplying it in the states.

Dunno how big Gravity Rush Remastered is, but the current generation has seen game download sizes balloon. Add to that the return of bandwidth caps in the States, and you have a lot of people who maybe aren't willing to burn 10% of their monthly cap on a single game. It's not totally weird as an explanation.

Its out of stock. The print run was sold out and it was only available on Amazon. So this is all 3rd party sellers.
