#ThorRagnarok is a ton of fun! Self-contained MCU plot, but character work is awesome, and the adventure a thrill. Best of the Thor movies!

Btw, #ThorRagnarok is solid MCU fun. Great music, Blanchett is awesome, looks/feels like an 80's video game. Slight, but wholly entertaining

Thor: Ragnarok is just plain fun. It's hilarious from start to finish with quirky performances & exciting action. Tessa Thompson is the MVP.

Loved ‘Thor: Ragnarok'. @TaikaWaititi did an awesome job. Movie is loaded with his trademark humor. Laughed beginning to end.

‘Thor: Ragnarok' music/soundtrack is fantastic. And some of the visuals are insane. Seeing again as soon as I can. Another @marvel winner.

Thor Ragnarok is one of the funniest Marvel Studio movies thus far, definitely the best Thor film. Loved Mark Mothersbaugh's score.

Jokes and characters are front and center to the action & drama. This will be the thing people will either love, or dislike, about the film.

#ThorRagnarok ⚡️ABSOLUTELY ROCKS! I was totally blown away by the story, action, effects, performances, & one of Marvel's best soundtracks!

THOR RAGNAROK is hilarious & weird & offbeat & retro & sublime. Love how Marvel let Taika Waititi make a movie that's Waititi-ish as hell.

#ThorRagnarok is SO much fun I almost can't take it. The best: Thor movie, Cate Blanchett scene stealing, Jeff Goldblum Goldblum-ing.

Looking forward to this!

Shame there wasn’t an early reactions thread for Thor 2 for us to compare.

And for the record, these are critics.

Pro tip: Add "filter:verified" when searching terms on twitter to only see tweets from verified accounts. Weeds out a lot of the trash.

Right now, searching "Thor filter:verified" or doing the same with "#thorragnarak filter:verified" seems like the best way to see these results for yourself.

I watched a 3D preview of it that they had up in California Adventure. It was...interesting. I need more space Goldblum.

"Were you just waiting this whole time to call her trash? That doesn't even start with a b."

While I'm sure it'll be great, I'm really itching for a Marvel film that prioritizes the drama over comedy. Hopefully Black Panther and/or Infinity War will fit the bill.

Well impressive. Just hope Thor: TDW’s reception doesn’t discourage people from checking Ragnarok out.

You're buying into that Gaf TDW hate.

It's in the lower end when it comes to Marvel movies but it's not the horrible movie movie threads on Gaf would lead you to believe.

Love the reactions so far. I'm a big Marvel fan, so it should be great, and easily the best Thor movie. I also like how Thompson is being singled out. Valkyrie was always gonna be a tough role to pull off.

It won't. I wouldn't worry anyway.

I'm honestly most surprised to see people complementing the score. Marvel movies usually have fine but very forgettable scores so here's hope this changes things.

Mark Mothersbaugh is a genius so I'm not suprised it's getting praised.

The "music" and "70s/80s" angles is making this feel a lot like Marvels stretching out the Guardians of the Galaxy formula - or is that just the aesthetic they've assigned to "off-Earth/in space" movies?

Don't worry, I'll vouch for them.

Cosmic Marvel is a much better place than Earth Marvel.
