EDIT: I wonder if Daimyo is gonna be in the Japanese version of UAS? It wasn't something that I thought of until now. And will the game be updated in arcades for the 5 UAS characters or will they just wait for the sequel? Too many questions for me to ponder right now.

I'm assuming Resident Evil characters, as well as Speed Racer, were held back for a possible TvC2. After all, they'd want big franchises for the sequel, and those are pretty much the biggest remaining from either side. Even though this is the game's debut in the US, it's still just an expanded version of the original game. They can't pull out everything they'd want for a sequel.

Besides...Frank West. So awesome.

Is it just me, or is the Tat side of fighters not really varied as far as looks go(not move list)? Im going to buy the game anyway, but just asking if its as bad when you are actually sitting down playing it. Everyone looks pretty similar from the vids online.

Maybe I might be the odd man out, but I'd personally prefer RMZ-style Zero.

That version of Zero basically could roll right along with Cassharn, in that they're both fairly sleek in design, and kill robotic enemies with smooth precision.

Plus, RMZ style would possibly guarantee more weapons, as opposed to yet another Sword-user. Chain Rod? Triple Rod? Recoil Rod? Shield Boomerang? PLUS the Saber and Buster Gun? It would make for a much more interesting character, in my opinion.

'Course, in the end, for most people it would boil down to if you prefer your Zero with green boobs, or wearing a thong. :lol

Any way, solid picks, overall. No Phoenix Wright, sure, but maybe he and others can appear next time around...

just like those on the SRK forum are postulating..what if this is "Zero Gouki" (from Cyberbots) instead?

He was on the original "proposed characters" list...

I don't understand why people want Phoenix though. How is he gonna fight? Attack with Text Bubble?

You know Akuma from Street Fighter? Imagine a giant robot version of him. That's Zero Gouki. I'm thinking it's Megaman X/Zero Zero, though. If they wanted Akuma, they could just have, you know, added Akuma.

For the rest, they can just give him some kicks that don't look too out of place. Look at how buff he is, you'd be crazy to think Phoenix couldn't fight (even if he is a wimp).

I'm cool with all of those additions except Frank West. As much as I like Dead Rising I think he's completely wrong for this kind of crossover. Oh well. Also I hope Condor isn't too much of a clone.

I think its going to be Zero from the Mega Man Zero games, since he did show up in anther fighting game. I just can't remember which one it was >_<

I doubt it's Zero Gouki. He'd be Gold Lightan/PTX size and there's no one new on the Tat side to balance him.

It's probably a Megaman series Zero. I'm thinking BN or MMZ.

Thats it. I thought it was an SNK Vs. Capcom game, but I checked Capcom vs. SNK 2 and found nothing. I only remember playing it for like 20 minutes and just messing around a bit with Zero.

I think its going to be that Zero and not the Zero from the X series, since he is just Zero in the X series and I don't think is ever called Mega Man Zero till the Zero series.
