Huge EA Access announced with a subscription Vault.
And Pinball FX delayed to August for 360 transferring.

They also did remove the sales from FIFA and NFL for Xbox One.

On a UK Xbox One with a UK account, can you buy games from the US store but play them on your UK account still? Like with PS3 and PS4?

As far as I know yes.
You just have to change your console region and it will charge you in US dollars from the US store.

Thats how i bought Battlefield 4.

Yes. It's better than the PS4 method since you don't need to change accounts. You simply need to change the region of your account in the settings. You can change it back too.

I have a question about the controller.

Does everyone's controller have the blinking lights at all times? I honestly don't remember, but I thought mine did. Now they never blink. Or is it game dependent?
Lately games have been asking me to sign in all the time. That's another thing that I thought had been fixed. Maybe I am losing my mind.

Can you still use a UK credit card, or does it require a US billing address (or easier, a US prepaid card).

Interestingly, there is are Pinball FX2 packs from $2.49 to $9.99 on the marketplace. They launch7/31 according to the listing.
Also, the game launches with a free table and you can get 1000 gamerscore from it too.
