Jonathan Bont, best known for his indie development efforts on the Ouya, has announced via his Twitter page that Trashmania Trilogy will be coming to the Wii U eShop early next year.
The Trashmania Trilogy will include Trashmania, Trashmania: Remix, and Trashmania: After Dark with all games playable in an original and enhanced form. The Wii U versions of the games will feature updated graphics running in 1080p at 60fps, and added GamePad functionality although Bont has noted it will probably only be the original games that support Off-TV play.
Bont hopes to release the trilogy on the Wii U in both the US and Europe around the same time, and in the near future may release videos detailing the enhanced versions of each game.
