So, with Rise of Incarnates, we are back to the good old NES era, is that it?
Because it feels a LOT like an "easy" way for them to bring EXVS to the West without the hassle of the Gundam licence getting in the way...
Those "westernized" characters are so ugly, though.

I'm quite curious about UNIB; I'd love to mess around with it a bit, but from what I've seen so far of the game I'll probably won't like those long-ass combos...

I'm not feeling the characters, but I think this game could be big since its F2P, on PC, it's 2 v 2. Doesn't hurt to give it a try at least.

And I can't wait to play UNIB. Need that Yuzuriha in my life.

Depending on how many time VF keeps getting shown and what the anime is actually about, I might watch it.

Still super weird that it's straight footage of the game contrasted by typical anime art style, though.

It's only 2 episodes aired right now and it's shown up a lot in both. It also has the audio from the game playing in the background which is kinda distracting from some of the scenes. I think Terraria was shown at one point too.

i think it's limited to 3 times though

I think it's rather likely that the game gets localized -- the big hang-up with the PS2 MB games was the licensing (and for MBAA, timing - PS2 games in 2010 were super dead in the US), and that's not an issue with UNIEL.

Aren't these just character cards from the previous versions of SF4? Daigo is still listed as one of the top Yuns, but that's only because they carried over his ranking from 2011 (the original AE)

If for you have any interest in UNIEL at all and you want to look up footage of actual players in matches you can visit this compilation site.

It's in Japanese but all you have to do is click the character you want to watch and then click the name of the character you want to see them against. You can also just scroll down the window to see matchups if you don't use a translator. Pretty comprehensive.

This looks more melee-focused than Full Boost, at least. Still way too little to go on, though. I will say that it does look like it could be a lot of fun.
