Okay, so shinobi has said in the other thread that Bend's game is neither a first-person, nor a VR game. So it's either just a coincidence that the thing in the concept art looks like Morpheus and this isn't a Morpheus-game (which means it could be from pretty much anyone) or it's a Morpheus game but not from Sony Bend which would mean it's probably either from one of Sony's other first-party studios or an indie game.

EDIT: Does anyone know what their London studio is working on? They'd be the obvious choice for a Morpheus game IMO.

We at Rely on Horror received these images from a source that did not provide anything credible at all, so we did NOT run with a story claiming that it's Sony Bend's project.

I told the source several times we wouldn't run the story unless they have verifiable proof. They didn't say anything (literally nothing, just more image links), even after I explained that I'd keep their anonymity.

If Gamepur got the images from here, then I'm not sure who their source is claiming it's definitely Bend's game, as we received these directly via email and couldn't get a word out of the source we had.

According to Thuway the next Sony Bend game is an open world horror game without zombies. But I do not think these screens are from Bends game...

I think the concept art of a character wearing what appears Project Morpheus would be pretty good evidence that this has something to do with Sony.

I had not really thought of that so thank you for that information. If it is a Sony title, then I do not think it is a Bend game. Shinobi seems to think the Bend game is a shooter, so his information which has been accurate would counter the Bend idea.

There is a Sony company making an open world game different from anything they have done before and that company is Guerrilla Games.
