Well we know that the project has been restarted multiple times.

I can see it sort of being more of a passion project for SCEJA, but at some point they're just going to have to shut it down.

If it does still exist and they still want to go through with it, I can see it coming out in like...maybe 2016 as a PS4 exclusive title.


But honestly, at this point I think it's just cancelled. The timeline regarding this project is ridiculous:
