It's already out for PC and the DLC has been dirt cheap during Steam sales.
Sort of, but a little different too. The game is awesome. If you like GTA, I think you'll really like this. I had a blast playing it.

Oh wow, I missed this news. This is actually one of those games I was hoping to be remastered. I know the rumor had been out there for awhile, glad to see it actually happening.
And I can understand PC owners not caring about this, their version was already beautiful, but us console peasants were restricted to old hardware to play this game. Plus I sold my old copy because I was desperate for money.
So I'm happy. Definitely getting this.

I don't know, but it's sad for Ps4/One owners in some way. They are just being targeted for cash.
Edit: want to point out that I loved this game and is definitely worth picking up, just maybe on a different platform.

It's ok (your comment, game is rad). But I actually like it wayyy better than GTA, because of the combat system and general arcrobatics you can perform while driving and stuff. But everything else is pretty GTA like in structure.

It's good that people get to experiment what I think it's the best open world adventure of last gen.
That said, asking us to pay $60 for it is way too much. I think that if it'd be $40 more People would buy it in a heartbeat, not to mention that is probably going against GTA V in the fall season which is a much, bigger dog.

Pretty sweet news actually, even if there are too many remastered versions doing the rounds right now. I was actually going to pick up the game again for the PS3, because I wanted to play it again and regret selling my original copy, but now I know what I must do.
Not paying anything over £20 though, so I'll wait for that price cut.

Just do not do it. You would be buying to justify your ownership of the PS4, not because you want to play the game.
Spend the money on a different game and start a new file on SDogs.
I found it 10x more enjoyable than GTA V for what it's worth haha! Sleeping Dogs is excellent!
And are we really going to go through the whole argument about it being a straight port after Tomb Raider, from the same Pub and probably Dev if UFG is working on this also proved that wrong?

This is absolutely NO reason for you to buy this @ $60 for PS4. If for some reason you want it, just for trophies, let the price fall. Don't do this to yourself.
I don't buy DLC. I refuse to support that entire business model. The only time I ever did last gen was for Minerva's Den, and even that I wasn't totally satisfied it was worth the coin.
The only time I ever use DLC is when it comes as part of a package like this, and then it's part of a package where I'm getting the game and the DLC together for a significantly reduced price, usually less than the cost of the original game alone by far.

If it bombs and people wait for pricedrop to buy it, maybe sqe gets the memo and release the ports at a better price.
If it doesn't bomb, then the market has talked, live with it and wait for a pricedrop anyway if you feel like it.
