I swear if this wasn't from an official source I would easily mistake it for some amateurish mod.

The reactions in this thread are exactly why game publishers run scared of showing actual development in-progress game footage and resort to using CGI.

Oh man, I see not playing X and Y and not thoroughly keeping up with with Black and White has hampered my Pokemon knowledge. What are some of these hideous designs? The one above looks OK.

Eh I disagree, 5 and 6 has good designs, it's mostly 4 and 3 that are kinda questionable.

The one pictured is Terrakion, one of the "legendary trio" for Gen 5.

If Nintendo kept "Tomodachi Life" the same in the West (and that game went on to do well enough in sales), I don't see them abandoning the "Pokkén" part of the title at all.

Besides, I'm sure Bamco would rather the game's title still reflect the tie in with their own product.

So this is just wishful thinking here, but with Namco Bandai involved, how would you guys feel if we got a Digimon guest character?

Probably arcade-only like Pac-Man and Don-chan. Unless they want to pull another "Link's in Mario Kart" surprise.

Since Mega Evolutions are apparently a thing in Pokken, I could see Agumon Digivolving into WarGreymon working well as a guest.

Probably would be arcade exclusive.

True, but it just seems a bit long with the tournament name and odd to use Pokken instead of Poke or Pokemon. Preferably Pokefighters, Pokken Fighters or even Pokemon Fighters. Although yes, they probably won't change it.

YESSSSSS... game just got one step closer to awesomeness. Now only if my passionate tweet to them asking for Kucheat (aka Mawile) and Lilligant gets heard then this will go into 'instant buy' territory for me XD

I have absolutely no idea how the heck you'd fight as a creature that spends most of the battle facing the opposite direction from it's opponent but I'd love to see how they'd pull it off... heck knows, if Voldo can do it, it's possible (in a game at least) :3
Extra points if I can re-enact the scene of Mega-Mawile head-butting Mega-Lucario so hard that it loses it's mind :D
EDIT: the first time I saw that clip I thought Lucario had been hurt so much that it was going to die or something XD
