The salt in this thread is palpable.

If this were the body of a GAFer in some thread, everyone would be congratulating him on a good physique. But it's Biebs, gotta hate amiright?

Not hating at all, just correcting your incorrect use of English words.

edit: He needs to do squats. He'll have better legs and a bigger ass then.

I have no idea why I clicked into this thread, but after seeing the pics and the responses, this was my exact thought. GAF cracks me up sometimes.

People have full on changed the definition of lean lol.

"he's not lean, he's just skinny"

The salt in this thread is REAL.

I mean i dislike bieber as much as the next guy but come on son.

Y'all know if it was another gaffer in the fitness thread everyone would be congratulating him.

Beibs looks pretty good. Not surprised people on neogaf are salty about legs and mass lol

fitgaf is strange

He's not "ripped" but his body does look good. And that's probably what he was aiming for.

my posts are "MEH"
You consider that a good amount of muscle?

From someone who doesn't have any muscle at all, to having that amount of muscle in 1 month then, YES, that's a good amount imo...You made it seem as if it's easy to build muscle in the short span of time...

You're right, I'm sorry. He worked out relentlessly
for two months instead of one

There's no way you can build muscle like that in a month. At least 6 months it would take.

I want to see some Gaffers start posting shirtless pics of themselves for those that think he's skinny.

Muscle like what? He has good genes resulting in low body fat so he barely has to burn anything to show any definition. On top of that his arms are barely defined and his pecs are par for the course of someone who hasn't been working out long. There's no mass on his chest at all and barely any to speak of on his bi and tri. Y'all are reaching with this. He's got a good body but that body isn't hard to attain if you're already in a relatively low body fat percentage.

The one picture in this thread showing an example of "ripped" the dude is clearly on gear and is in the "shredded" category as far as i'm concerned.

Biebs made some gains. WHY YOU SHITTING ON HIS GAINNSSSSS.

I don't mean to alarm you but you have dogs on your face
He's alright. You can definitely get that kind of muscle mass without weight lifting, it just looks impressive when your bodyfat is low enough. Pretty easy with the right diet, some exercise and the metabolism of a 19 year old. I wouldn't say he's ripped, more like cut. Nothing at all impressive about the amount of muscle he has though.

Lol at the salt. You don't get pecs like that from low BF%. He's not ripped but he's done some work.
You don't get those pecs from no exercise at all but you definitely don't need to lift weights. The most minimal amount of muscle can look nice when you have really low bodyfat.

Googled "ripped". This is what I found:

Biebs isn't even close.

Nope. Show some pics of a dude thats never worked out in his life that looks like that after 6 months.

Maybe "average" was the wrong word to use because I have no idea of the general fitness level of the average person, but for anyone who has done any sort of sport in their life and isn't significantly overweight its not hard to find multiple people making significant progress around the 6 month mark.

Look at any previously skinny millionaire getting some muscles, look at any actor transforming from kid to man. It's very easy, especially when you got the money and lifestyle to train, eat and sleep good.

Ripped ? Hahahaha

He looks like a wet noodle

95% of guys his age would be thrilled to look like that.

Great body Biebs!

His face would be fine too if he was't always trying to look hard. I mean how is Justin Bieber of all fucking people gonna try and look tough.

Muscle. He just has low body fat.

Most adult males have similar muscle distribution if at such a low body fat.

Maybe 6 months is reaching it. I dunno. But a month? Maybe someone from FitGaf with knowledge of this sort can come in and chime in.

I think he dresses like a clown but I wouldn't bash his looks otherwise.

Not that I'd really bash anyone's looks.. fairly childish thing to do. Now making fun of someone's clothing choices? Slightly less childish and I'm not above that. lol

people that have never worked out before. Pics 1 and 3 clearly have(especially pic 1). pic 2 doesnt look as good as bieber. Try again.

Im not even saying that bieber looks that good. But to say that it's that easy to build a physique like that in as little as 6 months with no prior experience working out just oozes with salt. A year? Yes. 6 months? naw.

I mean, if that was the case, than a lot of fitgaf is lacking hard for the time they've put in.
