No. Its a thread that shows there is a history of X1 exclusive going multiplatform even after outright denial by the developer of said exclusive. But carry on console warrior.
Again.
Remedy. Alan Wake. Remedy IP owned, MS funded. It took a WHILE, but Alan Wake was self published by Remedy and is on steam.
Ryse. Crytek IP owned. Crytek can publish on Steam. Easy. Self Published. Makes more sense that Crytek is in the shitter and needs the cash.
Dead Rising 3. Capcom IP owned. Though MS funded it, Capcom has say on where they can take said IP. Cacpom has a good standing with steam. Easy. Self Published.
Sunset Overdrive. Insomniac IP owned. Funded by MS. Insomniac has /none/ of their titles on Steam. They can't self publish it because of that, and (just guessing) the self publishing costs in NA would cost a lot, let alone international costs.
I'm not doubting SO coming to PC. But not now. Maybe not even within the next year, as they have Ratchet and Slow Down Bull to work on. 2-3 years? To hype up SO2 being on XB1/PC? Likely.
Not that I care about it coming to PC. I'd double dip and gift it to friends. I love Insomniac's work.
I just wish people had a bit more proof than just 'don't believe the lies!!!' because all of those X1 > PC ports can be explained logically.
