It seems really odd that Halo 4 would be the first campaign that unlocks during install. Do they not want us to play the campaigns in order?

Curious...was there ever a banning for playing an early release, prior to the console being cracked? I thought that its primary purpose was to screw pirates, not to punish legit purchasers (even though that happened in the course of screwing the pirates)...non-issue on X1 atm I would think.

I was under the impression that the preorder skulls were just unlocking skulls that are already in the game by default...is that not the case?

Nope. Pre-order skulls are skull that are unobtainable till they're released for everyone. The only method to get them right now is via pre-order.

For single player yes. For multiplayer they are divided.
