For the first game I found Vita controls to be better, and the game looks amazing on the OLED model. The small levels work well for portable play, too.

Control would be better, but I will be miss out on bigger screen.

Tell me about it. First OlliOlli2 and Helldivers (on same day!), then Hotline Miami 2, and then Bloodborne. And I'm not complaining! Plus, new season of Castle is starting on my cable network, so March is officially gonna be the best month of 2015

Wasn't it announced that Shovel Knight was coming this month too?

LOL I remember when they announced the subtitle of HM2 and someone tweeted that exact reply and they lamented at what a missed opportunity that was. This should definitely be the title.

I don't think HM is a game that demands a big screen, and the excellent colors make up for it I think, but that's just me.

It's somewhat irrelevant with pixel games. If you have 4x the resolution, then the game just provides 4x the pixels. Upscaling is not an issue with pixel graphics.

My man, I was just listening to this as I saw the thread.

It's my favorite for how aggressive it is. I like Old Future Fox Gang-Don't cry for me too. The harp is amazing.

ya, but then you can end up with blotchy shitty looking sprites. not always of course, some scale better than others. i can see his point, game probably looks fantastic on vita screen.

I just sent them an email regarding a Playstation code w/ vinyl and they said "coming soon" so maybe there will be one closer to release

I don't think it is because it doesn't come out at the start of the month. OlliOlli 2 and Helldivers do, though and are likely the + offerings for March. HM2 will probably go up at some point though.

Nah, I bought the CE when it was first announced and asked that exact question. They said the code is for Steam only (so, PC/Mac/Linux).

Still bought the CE and plan on gifting the steam code to a friend, keeping the vinyl, etc.. and buying the PS4 version. No regrets.

I replayed HM1 on an OLED Vita after PC and will play HM2 on PC, no question about it. The games have tons of little details that make it work great on big screens, don't want to miss anything. I also much prefer kb/m but that's even more subjective.
