From a certain point of view.

Currently polling second in Australia's federal election (first in the Gold Coast), this feral may one day be your Bogan King.
Outside of the obvious downsampling there's literally nothing bullshotty about that screenshot. It's like...the most reasonable "this is a video game rendered in real time" image you could muster from press.

The soft lighting going into the background really sells it.

The geometry is very game-y, though. The foliage is more than is common, but it's not that impressive.

If it's 30fps I could see this coming after Battlefield 4.

We better get some old school bootleg footage of the actual gameplay if there's no official upload. I want details and footage. It's been 2 fucking years since this game was announced.

Also, that screenshot looks heavenly. I hope my GTX 970 is ready! When the specs come out, I may have to pick up another 970 depending!

Edit: Tons of people saying the game won't look like this. When are yall gonna start recognizing next-gen footage when you see it? Are we always just going to deny stuff every time we see it for the first time? Have a little faith. There's nothing too crazy going on in that screenshot. There's plenty of stuff that makes it achievable, too.

People acting all surprised about how this game could look are looking a bit too much at the IQ. Nothing present in that screen is too far-fetched. It is more a question of "what resolution and which framerate on console."

Imagine frostbite with PBR and a 30fps target. And... there you go.

Yeah, not buying whole "Yeah, that is what game really looks like. Promise" -line before extensive segments of gameplay are released and it actually looks like that.

For real though.

Obviously Mutli won't look this good.

Yeah the main question is was the cinematic rendered in-game or pre-rendered?
No fool will debate it not being a cinematic if they took a look at the video posted.

I will wait for more gameplay trailers.

Inquisition with flycam looked stunning too and that was a cross-gen game from last year.

Am I missing something? Game looks good, but not "holy shit this is better than anything else we've ever seen" good that seems to come off from some of the comments

Sure it can. Inquisition already renders foliage densely and impressively far. There's nothing particularly unreasonable about the lighting or geometry in that image with the exception of the downsampling to improve image quality. Imagine it native resolution with jaggies.

Some games often dont look that good on Screenshots. But in motion?

Panel and Reveal Trailer hopefully gives us a LOT of infos. Yes there is still E3 yadayada.
