I don't personally get any kind of dislike towards Cupid. Incredibly attractive Korean beauties. Fun beat. Catchy chorus. Bubbly pastel video.

It's damn amazing. Like Mamma Mia was. And Damaged Lady was.

Just finished watching before. The person eliminated was expected, a pretty average episode all around. Not much really happening.

Team mission should be interesting next week.

Momo was just unlucky with her choice of competition. Even JYP said that if she had been up against anyone else she probably would've won, Natti's choreography was pretty impressive considering her age and her choice of song. I personally found it kind of off putting that she kept putting on a stupid grin throughout the performance despite the choreography and song obviously being more on the emotional/depressing side though.

I thought Jihyo did really well this week too. Her choice of song, in particular, was perfect. Especially since she got chewed out last week for being on the larger side compared to the other girls. It was basically just a fuck you, I am who I am and I'll rock it moment.

As an aside, I am glad Eunseo is gone. She had zero confidence and charisma to the point that it was not fun to watch her perform. Minyoung and Jiwon have to go next, they're in the same category. They look like they're going to burst into tears all the time. They have decent enough voices (Although Minyoung's last performance was embarrassing, and she once again went blaming outside factors) but they're just no fun to watch.

I am enjoying Dahyun, Nayeon, Jungyeon, Momo and Mina most at the moment I think. Jihyo moved up a bit on my radar after last night, too.

I just have to say, the new hyukoh album is brilliant from start to finish. Such a great variety of sounds explored in each track, I'm really loving Mer. So out of this world. Big Bird (큰새) is great too, but it's actually all just really damn good. You will all know the vocalist Oh Hyuk from his collaboration with Primary awhile back. And the EP has the IU stamp of approval
flawless taste in music.
It's also on iTunes so no excuse not to check it out.

Also listened to the full CLC, Hey-Yo definitely would not have made a better title track. It's not a bad song, but it doesn't have title track quality. Sounds very much like a B-side.

Looks like BoA's pretty happy about being gifted 순하리 soju. I need to find a way to get my hands on some of that stuff, it's supposed to taste amazing but it's pretty much the second coming of Honey Butter Chips as far as popularity and difficulty in getting your hands on is concerned. It'll make its way over the pond eventually I guess.

Haven't watched any shows for a while, I think I'll watch MCD. Looks like they'll have some kind of special on tomorrow as well. (29th 1:30KST)

Edit: Just had a terrible realization watching CLC perform. A Pink is kind of locked out of anything fun now. 4 Minute will get fun/fresh and power/mature songs, A Pink will get boring/mature songs along dated Jpop flavors, and CLC will get fun/cutesy songs. The days of A Pink getting stuff like Boo, Prince, Hush, and Boy are over. Mr Chu is an example of the most fun thing you'll get from them now.

Edit 2: Kim Bo Hyung (not into) -> 17 minutes of dudes -> CLC -> 17 minutes of dudes -> Lim Kim (eh, ok) -> 17 minutes of dudes.

All male MCs.

Come oooooooooooooooooooooooon.

Edit 3: Kara update. I am happy to report that Youngji has learned how to give a look! This was my one standard for accepting her a Kara member. She did still miss about 2/3 of her cameras (the other 3 got all theirs except Hara missing one), so she still needs quite a lot of practice for where to throw that look, but she is at least capable of the baseline for charisma.
