Hyrule Warriors coming to 3DS

will we get all the same modes as the wii u version? I would love that. Also all the same content, DLC included? It seems that way with this trailer. 3DS version ultimate version it seems.

This was going to be announced this week? What the heck are they showing in the digital event? NX?

That's according to what the leaker knew, though he stated that he didn't have access to information about it being specifically at E3, either in the form of the Digital Event or simply being on the show floor.

Good luck on the adventure missions requiring high KO amount within a time limit.
The switching mechanic is an awesome addition, otherwise

Of course it would include all the DLC !
It's called the All-Stars !

I wonder if Amiibo is supported for this...

Most likely the same way as the original. Have the feeling they'll be a new update that'll make the Toon Link amiibo work independently of Link but what I really wanted in the original was support similar to Yoshi's Wooly World where different amiibos could unlock different Nintendo themed content like special costumes and weapons related to the character of the amiibo you use. DK could give Darunia a DK costume, Peach could give Agitha a Peach Parasol/Costume, Shulk could turn Impa's sword into a Monado, etc.

I thought I was over the Hyrule Warriors hype, and now we have a new version, new features and what seems like 3 new characters? Best game of 2014 has continued all the way into 2015.

The only thing I really want to know, as someone who hasn't played the Wii U version, is if all the original DLC are available on this one. The trailer didn't show any of the DLC characters.

Edit: whoops, forgot Tingle was dlc.

It does, actually. It shows Tingle twice. once on the screen with all the characters, and again on the box art.

Tingle is on the box art, so it's safe to say that at least one of them will appear.

damn, forreal? anyone got the numbers?

It sold more than 900k outside Japan.

In North America it's debut was better than any Dynasty Warriors game and based on the last publicly available data the game has already out sold all Dynasty Warriors game except Dynasty Warriors 3 and Dynasty Warriors 4. Although I wont be surprised if it's already passed DW3 and will shortly reach or exceed DW4 sales.

Are you excited for more of BEST Warriors game in a while? :p

Now you can even be a boat! When does Spirit Tracks train get added?

Speaking of which I REALLY hope they could actually implement the DLC characters (beyond the Evil Trio) this time. Young Link, Tingle, and Twili Midna are really fun to play but there's not much use of them when all the Adventure Missions are made for other characters. Nice thing about the Termina Map is having to redo missions giving you a chance to use other characters.

Have there been other Warrior games on the 3DS before? I'm curious what the performance will be like. The only handheld Warriors game I've played is DW8 on PSV and it ran like a pile of ass.

Wonder if they'll tone down the horrific amount of grinding seeing as it's a portable title.

Also each battle taking roughly 12-15 minutes doesn't exactly scream 'prime handheld action' to me.
