So yeah, they made a game centered on Japan first. It looks like a promising attempt for that market. I thought people didn't want to play the big IPs on phones?
Things like Wario Ware is gonna have far less appeal to the Japanese market than something similar to Tomodatchi.
Yeah I really have no idea what people were fully expecting in terms of Nintendo's first foray into mobile money making. The Mii concept is as marketable as they come in terms of Nintendo's infrastructure while maintaining the social elements that Japan loves to utilize. As a gateway game it makes perfect sense.
