What? We just got possibly some of the greatest RPG's of all time in Bloodborne and Witcher 3. We also got one of the greatest stealth games of all time in MGSV and you think the generation sucks because of the mediocrity known as Bethesda?

Hoo-boy. Here we go again. Didn't this game already win like 180 E3 awards already or something? FO3: New Vegas on PS3 while I did enjoy it was so glitchy to the point where I couldn't even finish the game. I plan on getting FO4, but I've been hearing quite a bit of negative impressions for the preview version within.

Also for the people who mentioned MGS5's undeniably barren wastelands. Sure, there are suspiciously empty but what good is having so much to do in an open world game if you have to sacrifice performance, framerate, polish, visuals, etc for it? I haven't played FO4 yet, so I will reserve judgement for later. I imagine it will be fun like the other ones at least.

These consoles are ~$400 gaming machines, they're not going to win any benchmarks. You should lower your expectations.

If the ps4 version is the one being sent out for review, the logical explanation would be that it performs better and the publisher wants to show the game in the best light.

TW3 runs great on PS4 now (granted, it took them half a year and a thousand patches to get there), and looks at least twice as good as this game. Yeah, it doesn't have physics on every object, etc, etc, but still.

I recall having 1+ minute loading times going through Dwemer ruins even with the game installed. Same with reloading saves. Granted, I was 120+ hours in.

Honestly, this is how I feel every time Bethesda releases a new game. I stopped posting in those threads because people think of it as a drive by troll post, but seriously people... Not only should you expect this of Bethesda, but you're also taking your life in your own hands by buying it on console. At least modders can fix it for you in a few months on PC...

Strangely enough, I haven't heard much about the X1 version even though that is the one that is advertised if my memory serves me correctly. Heh, it could end up being the worst version due to the hardware being weaker.

Just watched about 15 minutes of a stream on ps4 and it looked like it ran fine. However, the player was jumping around to different areas causing a lot of loading screen time.
