Trump gives anti-Semitic speech to Republican Jewish Coalition.

As a white man, I should be way more offended than any of those groups, since everything he says reflects poorly on white males. Every time he shows his face in public, I am offended.

Come on, we all know no white man speaks for another. They're all of independent minds. A crazy man who happens to be white is just a "lone wolf."

Hmm, Asians and the transgender community?

Already has spoken on China multiple times. Japan a few times too.

Okay. So, Jews, Mexicans, Muslims, Women, Gays, Blacks, Disableds....I don't even know who else there is to offend. Animals maybe. I could see him going to a zoo and teasing the monkeys with a banana, and then throwing it in the garbage.

This made me laugh way more than it should have.

I'm getting more and more convinced that he doesn't want to win and this is all some sort of stunt for him. Is he trying to make a point about the Republican Party? Is he genuinely this awful of a person? Is this whole thing being puppeteered by Andy Kaufman's ghost? I don't know, but he's taking every step one should take to get elected and does the opposite. And between bigotry/people trusting the person who's most confident should be a leader as a leader, it's working.

Also, just like with every other time Trump's done something like this, his comments were disgusting.

I'd like to hear Trumps view on the Irish next, if he has any time left in his busy schedule.

What other minorities would you like to hear a hot Trump take on?

I'm kinda just waiting for Trump to win the election and say "Just kidding, this was all one giant psychological experiment and you people are all assholes."

Bill Clinton: Diabolical genius.

I'm honestly surprised that he hasn't dropped a racial slur into a hot mike yet.

C'mon, you know you can imagine that happening all too easily. Hell, that he resisted using any such phrase for this audience counts as a minor miracle.

"Great to be here in front of all of you ****s, now hear me out while I blow your minds out from under your yarmulkes with my awesomeness."

"Stupidly, you want to give money. ...You're not going to support me because I don't want your money."
"I'm a negotiator, like you folks."
"Is there anyone in this room who doesn't negotiate deals? Probably more than any room I've ever spoken."

What is particularly anti-semetic about any of this? He was talking to a room of lobbyists. Negotiating and doing deals with politicians is their entire fucking raison d'etre.

He stood in front of a pro-Israel crowd and told them Israel was (at least partially) to blame for the failure to come to terms with the Palestinians.

Damn, sounds like it was a good speech, tbh.

I'm actually speechless. This is probably the most outrageous comment he's made during his campaign, because Anti-Semitism has always been the single biggest taboo in America politics. With the exception of David Duke, a literal Nazi, no American conservative has really gone there.

He's made similar comments in the past, but none this blatant, and none on the campaign trail. Republican party ties to Israel and to high-profile Jewish Republicans are so valuable that this might be Trump's undoing.

I see the stereotype connotations in what he was saying but he was talking to a room of Jewish lobbyists. Plus he attacked Israel, so hard for me to get that mad.

Im waiting what he has to say about my ethnicity :p

Honestly Trump probably thought he was completing the audience. In his mind he thought he was saying "You guys are so rich! Great businessmen! Winners! The makers not the takers."

the republican establishment wants trump gone yesterday so why would this hurt him any? are they going to ignore him some more? the reason they don't try and mess with him are his crazy supporters. those crazy supporters are too valuable to throw away.

Well I'm sure he's just lost more Tea Party support, being that Jews are God's Chosen People that you can't say anything bad about.

White supremacists hate Jews as well, especially American Jews who trend more liberal. I'm sure he'll receive support for this among his rabid, racist base.

"I have friends that are Jews; I love the Jewish people. What did I say that was wrong? Being able to handle money is a great thing! We'd be better off as a country if we had a president that could handle money, and you know nobody handles money better than Donald Trump."

then his ascension in the polls continues unabated

You actually might be right. These comments really surprised me because Trump's son-in-law, grandchildren, and daughter are all Jewish.

Out of curiousity.

Are people like josh altman and josh flagg considered white in america?

Yeah, to the same degree that Kim Kardashian and Sylvester Stallone are. But the vast majority of Jewish Americans are Ashkenazim who don't look noticeably darker than your average white Christian.

It's almost definitely not some kind of meta argument about Republicans or campaign financing, but I wouldn't be surprised if Trump was starting to get tired of running and was looking to engineer his own exit from it -- and do so in a way that saves face (relatively speaking) compared to straight up saying "I quit!"

How does portraying yourself as one of the most dangerous racists since Hitler "save face".

Coming out completely democrat values would be far easier less damaging and effective.

Someone needs to take all the dumb, fascist things he's said in the last year, put them in a simple, easy to read/source format, and do it in whatever way they have to in order to make it go viral. I know "MAKE A VIRAL THING" is a scummy thing corporations try to do, but if someone made trumpdump.com and filled it with his dumb-ass quotes, this guy's campaign might just disintegrate if it went wide enough.

At this point I think it would even gain more steam if a video like that went viral.

Because when most of your supporters are already drinking the Kool-Aid and calling to strip away rights of Muslim Americans, what better way to go out than going full fascist? Not like he has any of saving face in front of non-Trump supporters anyway.
