It seems like it was just yesterday Blarg was warning everyone not to reveal themselves to save him. That was sound advice, moreso every minute today.

Neutrals and scum are going to lie. Our best case scenario is catching some false role claims at the expense of exposing some power roles. Thats assuming we even act on these conflicts instead of another rng bandwagon an hour before deadline.

With that said, I don't know how Blarg can corroborate everyone's claim. He already sounds like an overpowered character with cop and doc powers.

Could he have a ledger of all Hogwarts players? If so, it seems very overpowered. But that seems like the only way he could catch someone in a lie.

I just can’t get my head around how Blarg could be scum. Mostly unhelpful every day he hasn’t been Stupefied? Sure. But V’s role PM noted that KingKitty wasn’t on Scum chat, so he couldn’t have been bussed by anything other than pure luck.

He may not exactly be Dumbledore however, given the Ring shenanigans - I’m inclined to think the role claim wasn’t fully accurate.

Blarg isn't scum he's just a borderline anti town player no matter his role. Especially if shit like this has happened in a previous game, which was my understanding.

OK - I found your link...that’s one flaw with my not having played any Mafia except for Archer. Many roles that I would have never considered.

Tailor description works as a possibility - But wouldn’t that mean quite a few people in the game may not be who they say they are? Including potentially the entire Scum team?

Thats....a bit of a long shot. Didn't kitty basically confirm he was voldermort himself? If he was a tailored towny he would have never done that. Unless scum tailored and sacrificed one of their own to...eh....make blarg a confirmed cop? That's not a very logical trade IMO, especially since now that Blarg his protection is gone, him surviving the nights would make him suspicious. I really don't think that is what happened.

Since the start of the game, you've had this weird anti-Miller attitude. It also doesn't help that your way of learning more information from people is asking them to belynched. There are more ways to find out more info than killing someone. It's way too haphazard.

However, that doesn't mean I necessarily agree with Blarg's absolutely bonkers "EVERYONE ROLE CLAIM" idea. There are a multitude of HP characters to choose from. Everyone is going to make sure not to choose a fake role that coincides with a Death Eater so he/she/they won't be lynched. Obviously, we are not all Town. From there, we would have to figure out which ones sound the most fake. The problem of determining scum from this method as there will be legit towns who won't agree to this method that'll be singled out as scum because they didn't participate.

So there you go. Bad idea all around. We have enough town claims as it is. Look at how it has harmed us too.

Oh boy, a second vote.

I'm curious how else you plan to get actual information from the game. You either can do stuff at night to get info, something I won't confirm or deny I do, or we lynch candidates and see what happens. A miller is an amazing candidate. Lynching is the best way, in absence of normal investigators, to gain information.

I'm not sure if Blarg snapped, LP is scum, or if we on the ledge of death, but I do know one thing. Lynching Blarg today is truly the worst decision you could make. All that does is help scum 100%. It removes the option to kill Blarg, so that they can kill someone else tonight.

I agree with this completely, let the scum kill Blarg so that we all live another night. If he doesn't die then we lynch him sometime soon then.
