Yup. So many big titles are going for half price right now across all platforms. Crazy to think I can pick up Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3 and Rise of the Tomb Raider on PS4 for under £70.

Does the PS4 version have input lag on controls? Played it on XB1 and this was a gamebreaker. Want this for the trophies but might just get it on PC if they haven't fixed it.

Would have liked mirrors edge but the price with a cheaper game would work out the same if i got them separately if they were discounted normally.

It is a port though, so not quite comparable with others. I do agree with the point you're making however.

I remember TR 2013 being on sale for £20 not long after launch in a similar PSN deal. Still a good price.

Urrgg, wanted to get ROTTR on BF deals but wasn't on sale so got Uncharted 4 to comprimise and now it is, wouldn't have gotten Uncharted if I knew this would happen lol, more backlog for me :(

Just cancelled my Amazon order, I probably won't bother with the art book and prefer games digitally especially with the VR functionality too.

Yes apparently they were sorted pretty quickly and then improved on again in a subsequent patch too.

Not really, I mean it was €50 everywhere at launch, and i'm pretty sure i've seen it + the artbook for like €35 on an amazon sale (Edit: I guess it was £25)

It's been a massacre. £20 drops on many major titles within four weeks of launch.

So so glad I've been frugal this year.

C'mon Rez, drop and I'm yours.

Really? It seems like the game is still on 1.05 which introduced the issues.

I just bought TR, since it's now priced the same as the XBO version, and I wanted a new AAA game for the Pro I bought two days ago.

well, there's still a huge difference between retailers offering huge discounts and the freaking PSN store dropping the price like that, imho. You'll be able to find games on Amazon for sub $30 that they happily still sell for $69 on the PSN storefront. Usually the PSN store isn't that fast to discount games - especially not recent releases.

Hope in a Deus Ex huge discount... also wish there will be some PSVITA discounts maybe on Time Zero Escape 3 and Steins Gate 0... or even Root Letter.. :p

Probably I will need to wait the january discounts for these... usually the right time of the year.

This is a pretty good deal, but don't they always start this way? I remember feeling disappointed as a whole when it came last year and the year before.

i might double dip on TR purely as demo material for my new pro and 4k TV which will be here soon. Already 100%ed it on Xbox last year

This is a great deal for something who plans to play it in the near future. I have other games of interest at the moment and can it being cheaper around summer next year. Hope we get last of us remastered in the 12 days.

The Enriched mode also lacks supersampling.

Maybe play the game three times and everytime with another mode. :D

But I do not know, 4k mode supersampling should give the cleanest image, 60fps mode should give you a smoother gameplay experience and higher detail mode should paint the game with some more detail.

Try and decide which one fits you best. :)

Apparently, all modes but performance have frame-pacing issues. So, if you're sensitive to it, that might be the best option for you.
