From Twitter:

I think he's wrong about Venetians, but I'm mostly posting this because Orange Slice takes its rightful place at dead last.

They really could have narrowed down the categories for this. Tim Tam, Mint Slice, Ginger Nut, Kingston and Orange Slice into 'Godly' and put everything else in 'Trash'. EZ.

Anyone had any trouble with kindle books and amazon lately?

Looking in to buying the next volume of a series I'd bought an earlier volume of I noticed the whole series had vanished. Even looking at my buying history, the earlier volumes were still there just the links to the titles were broken.

Meanwhile looking over at amazon.com.au the titles are there. So it got me wondering if some recent region shenanigans was afoot at amazon.

Certainly switching my amazon account between my US and Australian addresses did not make any different in terms of accessing these kindle books.

Another upvote for Venetians here too.

Seconded (thirded?) - Venetians are good stuff.

I must also give a nod to the venerable Raspberry Shortcake, which I think are far better then 'meh' (they, along with the humble Nice, have nursed me back to health after many a tummy upset, too).

Allow me also to state my disbelief that Caramel Crowns are anywhere other than in the 'godly' tier. Caramel anything tends to be sorely underrated, for some unfathomable reason.

Hmm. I was going to recommend switching regions back and forth but since that doesn't work I'm out of ideas, maybe email Amazon support.

other people's opinions are like other people's arseholes- they stink.

Never got the TimTam love. I'm more of a Kingston man. though these days I only touch home-made stuff, I still like a Kingston or Delta Cream.

Of course you can make a kingston by jamming two anzacs together with some melted chocolate.

Yeah. Looking at the items that are at issue, the ones I bought that I can no longer access all seem to be ones I bought from the publisher with Australian rights (even though the address I used to purchase them was my US address).

It definitely is some region shenanigans. I can still download the books I bought. It did seem like they were trying to force me to merge my accounts though. Or creating a amazon.com.au account just to get the Prime Video trial discount has caused the issue.

To be fair, caramel has been overshadowed by chocolate since around the 16th century, as well it should be.

Ugh, group assignments remain the worst.
Please, allow me to do the majority of the work while you contribute nothing. Really, I insist.

Lol I loved group assignments. I had a good team during my two years study. Everyone knew their role and all our group assignments were 6s and 7s.
Try find some good students and stick with them.

Yeah, but twice the price.

ALDI is all about finding the cheap alternatives that taste close enough to the real thing.
Huh. You know, I haven't bought a pack in many years, but it seems like every time I go past the biscuit aisle of Woolies they're always on sale (1/2 price, 2for1, etc). Are they cheaper than on-sale Arnotts pricing?

Also, get your priorities straight. Close enough? Close enough? Pffffft. You sicken me.

Put an offer on a house, will find out at 5pm if we're successful.

Eeeeeek.
(Potential) Congrats on the life-crippling debt. I hope it goes through for you.

If you're going to steal someone else's advice, almost word for word, at least try to make it less obvious by waiting for a few posts to act as a buffer.

Amateur.
