I think you're being sensitive as well. You aren't even affected by this issue (?) but somehow it's worth writing 12 posts about it, telling people it shouldn't be an issue for them because it's a successful console.
You do really seem like a nice guy, shitting on other people's issues like this. Is there something in the keyboard making you do this, since you're such a nice guy in real life? "Enjoying seeing people butt-hurt" and all.
But on the other hand I think "my heart is hurting" is just a way to describe his disapproval. He's probably not crying over it, or even care about it in his everyday life. It's just disappointing.
I asked my co-workers and friends about this issue. 70% said they were disappointed with the exclusion of the UHD drive. These are numbers, and numbers are numbers. But you know what, we are human beings which means we are capable analyzing this data with some perspective and come to a conclusion and say; hey, these numbers don't say a whole lot. Just like your numbers don't tell what people actually think of UHD BD, or what they would think if they had the chance to experience it on their PS4.
The PS4 would be a success no matter what, whether it included a UHD drive or not. It would probably be a success if it excluded a drive completely. It could even be a success without supporting HDR, music features, themes, DTS or other smaller features. You can't really specify what is selling a console or not by just looking at a number and say "well yeah, they did add folders last week".
