Great idea of Nintendo to do this close to Switch launch. Can't wait to try it.
UK GAF:

Friday:

7pm-8pm
3am-4am

Saturday:

11am-12pm
7pm-8pm
4am-5am

Sunday:

12pm-1pm
Is this the US times converted for UKGAF or is it when the UK/EU sessions are on?

Awesome. Thanks. Got my calendar appointment in. So excited, I wasn't thinking of getting to play Splatoon so soon on Switch. I wonder if there is / if I need a tutorial mode?

Does anyone know how do gyro controls work with split joy-cons? Is it the average gyro motion from each joy-con, or the right one, or the left one, or you can choose?

Doesn't read OPs, especially not his own
missed out on Splatoon 1 but jumping all in for the sequel, this is also a good chance to test out how good Nintendo servers are for online gaming, and if they have improved at all from Wii U, considering they are going to start charging for it now.

I mean, splatoon's online was pretty great overall

I don't know if Nintendo has allowed anyone to play that way, but that's why I'm going to try the Testfire to find out. If I can play the game that way and have pointer aiming, then I'll pick up Splatoon 2. I hope it works well.

Something tells me the Switch is gonna have a lot of free demos like this.

This was expected for Splatoon and I remember the first demo being this super rad event on Twitter everyone was talking about.

But I'm wondering about demos in general. 1 2 Switch needs one I believe, but what would you put in that demo? You can't just offer the best minigames for free unless you add an arbitrary play limit like on the 3DS.

Zelda could have a limited version of the grant plateau as a demo.
