Good.

There's a few assholes that drive around Albany NY with a big ass confederate flag on their truck.

But I'm sure it's just their southern pride. /s

“If you drive around town with a Confederate flag, yelling the 'N' word, you know how it’s going to be interpreted,” Judge William McClain said. “It’s inexplicable to me that you weren’t arrested by the police that day."
Good guy judge throwing some shade where it belongs.

if only more people could get caught and thrown in jail for doing this shit, we might actually make some progress. Good job Judge.

Poor babies.

I straight up laughed on the train for about a good minute when I saw that image. Lady next to me stared. But God damn justice feels good.

Fuck those two.

...
And before any contrairian starts prattling about their family they should have thought about that before they decided to go terrorize Black people for fun.

A bump I can get behind. Fuck 'em

Ooooh and that's a nice long sentence. See you guys when Crackdown 4 drops.

I know schadenfreude is unhealthy, but... mmmm that's good schadenfreude. I wanna spread it on a bagel and fucking eat it.

I might dip my sweet potato fries in it if you don't mind. Tasty.

I expect the sentence will be overturned because that was not what that law was created for, it was created to punish black people

Two guarantees from racist white people when they're caught: crying and "it's not who I really am!"

They can fucking rot. The victims are much bigger people than I am for forgiving them.

Holy shit. This is amazing.

I've never been so happy in my life to watch people cry. Does that make me a bad person? I think I could only be happier if someone followed them out of the courthouse yelling "Shame"

They ran up on a black child's birthday partying yelling the n-word with confederate flags. They knew exactly what they were doing, just didn't think they'd get locked up for 15 years for it.

I would've been tossing confetti at those fuckers once the ruling came down, so no. That doesn't make you bad at all.

I used to live in Douglas County. Those judges have come a long way since the Genarlo Wilson case.

Yeah they terrorized a small child on their birthday. Scum. Good on that judge. Oh and they were armed and threatened to kill them.

I clicked on this topic expecting to get angry, but this grin might last all day.

The way the article links to the video is savage...

"Watch as both defendants cried while being addressed in court."

Not a single fuck given.

As a foreigner I'm perplexed by the embrace of the goddamn Confederate Flag. You're basically paying respects to people who hated the United States of America so much that they were willing to go to war with them to defect because they wanted to keep their slaves! Why love and respect a symbol of haters of the country you live in?

And fuck your "heritage". Nazis are part of German history, which they dont deny, but that doesnt mean they should have stores selling Nazi memorabilia!

Fuck your confederate flag. Fuck those sore losers in the south who fought to defend that goddamn flag. Fuck it all to hell and back!

Holy fuck, not messing around.

Good on that judge. These assholes knew exactly what they were doing, they're only sorry they got caught.

Seems like they're not even sorry to get caught, they just think it's unfair that they actually got in trouble.

I'm pretty happy that they were sentenced but I can't help but feel that 15 years is... excessive? I realistically expected no more than five. Is this sentence normal?

Edit: Never mind. Missed the part in the original article that said they were armed. Okay, good.

Judge is taking out the trash today.

People don't get banished enough. Banishment really is the hipster du jour punishment.

Unfortunately, that just means they'll probably wander off to some rural Georgia county where they can get away with their bullshit.

lmao. They terrorize a kid's birthday party and tried to play the victim at first. Fuck them.

They actually did much more, they basicly repeated what they did at the birthday party over all two counties.

The prosecution introduced evidence of a string of 911 calls caused by them as they traveled in their Hate Parade.
