It's not worth the hassle. I started doing Pro on last one versus Elt. So much easier to deal with. Still get Bombs and Nimbus, so it's not like you lose that. I just Exdeath DC Thundaga and chain with CoD Thundaga for pewpew.

Guess it doesn't matter. This whole event was made to bust balls for no other reason than to be an annoying piece of crap. So ready to already be done with it. I look forward to the next NON Mog King event.

Having only one Cinque is killing me because I'm not getting currency fast enough to buy mats to awaken Ramza to 6 star, lol.
You need about 200% to make farming these go at a decent clip but I don't want to pull with Lapis for this. I only have 2 Iris' for the FFXV event in JP but since everyone on my friend's list is either a powered up Cor or Noctis, I got stuff really quick thanks to getting lucky with bonus monsters.

That happened to me yesterday. It's such a troll to see her when I was hoping for Bonus unit.
Adding to the irony is that I never got her on the first Type-0 banner. (Though I got Ace)
Saw one so far. If I see one a day I'll be done in two days. I'll only get the tickets and nothing more.

Decided to do some ticket pulls after doing a few 11-pulls yesterday. Surprised to get a rainbow and got Queen. Have a few extra friend slots so ID 275.513.710 if you want to add. Have gaf somewhere in the in-game message. I'll try to level and gear her up later today.

Whelp bought everything I wanted from the event and saw Nimbus a total of 0 times and the bomb twice. Stupid. I want Nimbus for my monster book but blah. Guess I will TM farm all week and perhaps try next week to see him.

Did ELT 3 times this morning and saw the bomb once, but it doesn't even seem to give that much more phantoma. A little bit but not as much as previous bonus encounters. Still sticking to the dunes since there's not much I want from mog king, certainly not going for a moogle this time around.

Just managed to max out Ling. Decided I'll keep doing Dunes to max out whoever else I can in the time it's on for and carry on with the event from Monday. Only have one banner unit so far, might get lucky with a daily...

Must be 40+ runs easy all together on Pro, not a single Golden Bomb or Nimbus yet.
I was hoping to maybe get both Moogles by focusing on nothing but them, but that seems impossible at this rate.
It's as if these events keep getting worse and they do so just in hopes that we will spend Lapis to refresh.

I didn't think last one was so bad. Hell, that was first time I'd gotten the 70k Moogle. But then again, maybe my luck with Rabites was better than norm. I got everything and more than I wanted out of it. But this feels like an about face from at least decent enough ones.
At this rate, as much as I'd like Moogle, it might be a pip dream. Want the sword and tickets though.
Edit: OH snap. x/5. Guess I have Nimbus waiting for me.

yeah i mean if you can snag a pair of nines and build up a cinque and eight you can get decent amount per run if you bring nine or queen friends

Do a Friend Point summon, fuse your standard and mini metal cactuars into those units, then sell them.
Who should I be focusing on raising right now? My team is pretty set, I can platoon 2 tanks, 2 healers, 4 dps, 2 mages, and 3 supports depending on what the game throws at me, so it's not like I need anything urgently.
Non-maxed units I have that are 6* capable present and near future:
- Seven
- CoD
- Medius
- Firion
- WoL
- Garland
- Agrias

- Run Item craft macro! Just made it today and its making potions for the trophy while NRG refills
- Run Ultimate TM/LB/Esper/Item use macro overnight
Should be on track to complete 3-4 of the grindy trophies this month
not sure why I am bothering. Ive made 5 rings so far and have had zero mats drop. lol

Think I just have to skip the dunes since I don't have any pressing units to level. My leveling queue is Mercedes, Luka, Primm, Firion, and Ace. Maybe Xiao at some point. But I don't really NEED any of the above and since I maxed Ling for the arena I have what I need.
Got all of the tickets as my first event purchase. I'm going for the belt, sq, sr, sc, and maybe a set of awaking mats. What's the word on the sword? It doesn't have any elements but it's the best one after enhancer excluding TM's. I don't have Leon though so maybe it's not worth it.
Finally back above 50 tickets after the Shine-pocalypse. I'll have enough lapis for 5 11x's by the time Orlandu comes and we'll just have to see if that's enough. I almost hope the player's choice banner is the predicted Zidane, Chiz, and Noctis because then I can safely ignore it.

Yeah instead I love my Donkey Kong what was a let down even having 730 ATK. What a piece of shit. Only useful skill is from Odin Bladeblitz and thats not much

Apparently someone on reddit asked Gumi support about the fact that we're unable to steal from the Nimbus multiple times despite it being advertised as so. Will be interesting to see what they come back with but I'm expecting it to be something like 2000 currency in our inbox and no fix.

We all know how beastly DKC with enhancements will be, but how many of you will be willing to drop 6m to make him usable?
There are dozens of better characters that will be even better with enhancements anyway, hell, Agrias and Firion will be light years better than him and those two alone will cost dozens of millions of gold.

I personally decided not to. From the looks of my friends list not many people are either.
I did however put up my newly gained Olive + Sparky to share with you guys. I feel like I'm part of the cool club now.
